I created this meditation to help you with your Full Moon releasing and moon magic. It is part of a series of Moon Cycle Meditations including New Moon, Waxing Moon, Full Moon and Waning Moon meditations. You may wish to have a journal and pen handy during this meditation to write down your plans and any messages you may receive. You may also wish to listen to this meditation where you can see the night sky.

Hello,

My name is Jennifer Pavolones and this is my full moon meditation.

Picture yourself walking outside in the evening and into the light of the full moon.

No matter the season,

Imagine the air is the perfect temperature.

You come upon a beautiful blanket lying on the ground waiting just for you.

You sit down in the middle of the blanket and gaze up at the sky.

It is the night of the full moon.

It is a beautiful clear night and the moon looks magnificent.

You can also see many stars.

It is so beautiful and bathing in the moonlight is cleansing you of all negative energies and unwanted thoughts and feelings.

You take a deep breath and you feel renewed.

You also feel grounded and connected with the earth as you sit upon its surface.

The magic and excitement that you feel from the full moon is perfectly balanced by the calming energy of the earth.

It is time to ask yourself what you have brought into your life over the past month and whether its continuous presence in your life is something you want.

Take a moment to reflect on this now.

You close your eyes and ask yourself what do I no longer want in my life?

What would I benefit from letting go of?

You may wish to consider your beliefs,

Emotions,

Relationships or habits.

Take a moment now to sit in silence and listen to your heart's answer to these questions.

Once you have determined what you wish to let go of,

Hold the belief,

Emotion,

Relationship or habit in your cupped hands and raise them towards the night sky.

See the light of the full moon slowly dissolve them.

As they disappear before your eyes,

The moon and the universe hear and understand your intentions.

As the moon wanes between now and the night of the new moon,

The universe will support every step you take towards releasing what no longer serves you.

Be sure to make some concrete steps that support your intentions so the power of the mundane can be increased by the power of the magical.

You may wish to also follow this meditation with journaling to write down what you will let go of and the hopes that you will take to do so.

May you manifest all of your heart's desires for the good of all and harm to none.
