Hello,
My name is Jennifer Pavolone and this is my Waxing Moon Meditation.
Picture yourself walking outside in the evening into the light of the waxing moon.
No matter the season,
Imagine that the air is the perfect temperature.
As you walk,
You come upon a beautiful blanket lying on the ground waiting just for you.
You sit down in the middle of the blanket and gaze up at the moon.
It is a beautiful clear night and you can see that the moon is waxing.
Since the new moon,
The light has been moving across the moon's surface.
The lit surface that we can see is increasing in size each evening.
As you look at the moon,
You can feel that it has been helping you build momentum toward your heart's desire.
It is time to acknowledge what you have accomplished.
Take a moment now to recall anything you have accomplished and all of the steps that you have taken toward your goals since the new moon.
Revisit the goals and plans that you made on the new moon if you have them.
You may wish to simply think of them or to write them in a journal.
Place your hands over your heart.
Listen to these words or repeat them aloud.
To myself,
I say thank you.
Thank you for wishing me well.
Thank you for your visions of joy and success.
Thank you for recognizing the steps I need to take to become more authentically myself and live a life that fulfills me.
Take a moment now to reflect on at least one more step that you can take between now and the full moon to bring you closer to meeting a goal or to infuse more peace or more joy into your life.
Write it down if you wish.
As the moon approaches fullness,
The universe will support every step you take towards manifesting your wishes.
May you manifest all your heart's desires for the good of all and harm to none.
