Notice the state of your body just now.
And the state of your heart.
Whether joyful or worried,
Notice what's present and wrap them with kindness.
And you become the calm,
Steady,
Loving witness to it all.
The quality of steady,
Loving awareness can hold everything,

Sense the vast space all around your experience.
And say gently to yourself,
I am calm,
Spacious,
And steady.
Feel it,
Calm,

And steady.
Trust this.
As you rest in this strength and calm and steady presence,
Remember inwardly in your heart the intention,
