Good morning and welcome to your affirmation meditation with me,

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat or lie down if you prefer.
Close your eyes and take a deep,
Soft,
Slow breath in and a deep,
Soft,
Slow breath out.
Do a couple of that as you start to let yourself settle into this present moment.
And then let's breathe together.
We're going to inhale for a count of four,
Hold for a count of four,
And then exhale through your mouth like you're blowing out a straw for a count of six.
Take an exhale out the nose to prepare.

And then just let the breath be.
Let the face be.
Could you soften the tip of your tongue?
Could you soften the sides of the jaw?
Could you soften the inner corners of the eyes and the arches of the eyebrows?
Now let's start to gently repeat some affirmations.
And when you repeat these affirmations,
I invite you to just have a big smile on your face.
Affirmation number one,
I am ready to embrace this day with energy and joy.
And while you say this affirmation,
I want you to feel some motivation rise within you.
Almost like you're visualizing a spark of excitement igniting in your mind,
Preparing you to take on the day.
I am ready to embrace this day with energy and joy.
How's that smile going?
Affirmation number two,
My actions today bring me a deep sense of reward.
Imagine each step you take today leading to progress no matter how small.
Feel the satisfaction of achieving even before you begin.
My actions today bring me a deep sense of reward.
Affirmation number three,
I allow myself to experience pleasure in every moment.
Pleasure comes from both the little things and the bigger wins.
So picture yourself smiling,
Feeling the warmth of pleasure spreading through your body as you welcome joy into your day.
I allow myself to experience pleasure in every moment.
And our final affirmation,
I am motivated by my purpose and I move forward with confidence.
What's a goal you have?
Maybe it's just being kind to somebody today or succeeding in an area of your life,
Business,
Professional,
Relationship,
Personal.
Visualize that goal clearly in your mind Visualize that goal clearly in your mind and let your purpose guide your steps.
Allow yourself to feel this surge of dopamine as your brain begins to associate effort with pleasure and reward.
I am motivated by my purpose and I move forward with confidence.
And then take a few moments to just sit with these feelings.
Maybe right now with each breath,
You start to feel a little bit more motivated,
More aligned with your goals,
More aware of the simple pleasures around you.
Let your body feel the reward and just showing up.
Let your mind bask in the feeling of progress.
Because yes,
You showed up today.

So know that you are worthy of success,
Happiness,
And joy.
And today you will create it in this breath and the next.
