Welcome to this guided practice connecting you to your throat chakra with the support of this space element.

The throat chakra is positioned at the center of the throat.

As we begin,

Make sure you find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

Begin to gently move your body as it relaxes into position.

Invite your breath to slow down and find a gentle steady rhythm.

Invite your shoulders,

Neck and head to relax and let go.

Bring your awareness now to your throat.

Begin to notice all areas of your throat space.

Notice the front,

Back and sides of the throat.

Is there restriction or is there openness?

Is there a mixture of both?

Simply notice.

It is all you have to do for now.

If you feel cold,

You may like to ask the throat chakra what it needs to share with you.

It might be an open-ended question about what it needs to share.

Or perhaps you might like to ask what it needs to share with you to create a free-flowing authentic life.

Know that these answers can come as words,

Short phrases,

A feeling,

A knowing,

Maybe an image.

Just trust in your communication and ability to receive.

Continue to relax the body and the breath as you allow that throat space to open and share.

Begin to notice now the air from your breath as it begins to move through that throat space.

Let the air act like a soft breeze.

Inviting that soft breeze to sweep away any restrictions.

And as that soft breeze sweeps away these restrictions,

Allow them to come out,

Up and out,

Blowing them out through the mouth.

You may like to invite sound on the exhale to support the movement if that feels right for you.

I'll let you have a few moments to allow you to work with your breath and this throat space.

Let the air purify the throat chakra and explore the spaciousness that you are creating.

Continue to relax the breath and the body.

You may choose to stay here a little longer if needed,

Or you may choose to close this practice.

As you go about your day,

Remember to feel into the spaciousness you have created at your throat chakra.

You may create a personal mantra.

As you take a breath,

Say to yourself,

Let there be space.

Allow this space you have created to open as a clear channel for truth,

For the authentic self to be shared.
