Welcome to this Reiki infused heart expansion practice.
Take a moment to find a quiet,
Safe space.
Find yourself a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Begin by closing down your eyes or softening your gaze.
If you are Reiki trained,
You can take a moment to open a channel for Reiki.
If you are not Reiki trained,
This does not matter.
You are simply opening and allowing a receiving of light energy.
When you are ready,
Breathe in through the nose,
Feeling your ribcage expand and your belly rise.
Release through your mouth with an audible sigh,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
Repeat this another two times in your own time.
As you do,
This is offering the breath choice to move and allowing the body to relax.
When that breathing process feels complete for you,
Just allow your breath to return to its own natural rhythm.
Let the breath and body soften and invite yourself to gently settle and relax.
Feel the support of gravity holding you.
Allow the body to sink into this natural relationship with gravity.
Let any holding,
Any tension,
Simply melt away.
Feel the support of Reiki energy infusing this process and reminding you of the life force energy that exists in all things.
Just for these next few moments,
Everything you need resides inside this space.
The world outside is packed away for just a little while.
As you continue your gentle,
Steady breath,
Begin to bring your awareness to the centre of your chest.
Begin to feel,
Think,
Sense or imagine the spark of bright Reiki light at the centre of your chest.
This is the light of unconditional love.
This is Reiki.
This is you.
With each breath in and each breath out,
That spark of light begins to expand effortlessly outward,
Starting at your heart centre.
It moves to fill your chest,
It travels out through the body,
All the way up to the top of your head and all the way down to the very tips of your toes.
This light gently filling your entire physical body,
No effort required,
That light travelling to every cell,
Every fibre of your being.
Beginning to notice your entire physical body illuminated in your light,
Taking a moment to just bask in your glorious light as it fills your physical being,
That light of unconditional love,
It moves outward further still,
Easily and gracefully.
Notice it move through all the layers of your energy body,
It ripples out through all these layers until your entire energetic body shines in your light and still the light expands outward,
Easily,
Elegantly.
It fills the entire room where you are right now,
Expansive,
Open.
This is your true nature,
The whole room now and everything in it bathe in your light,
And the light continues to expand easily and gracefully,
With every breath in and every breath out,
Until it bathes the entire town in which you live,
Your light bathing the whole region.
With each breath,
The light of unconditional love grows,
No effort required,
Until you notice your light moves to cover the entire state,
Your light continues to grow and expand to cover the whole country,
Easily,
Effortlessly,
Your light bathes the entire country,
Open,
Expansive,
The light of your consciousness,
Of unconditional love moving ever outward,
It starts to move across the oceans and continents,
Until in your next breath,
Your light expands to encircle the whole planet,
The light of your consciousness surrounds the entire planet,
Breathe and be here in this light,
Notice its brightness and feel into the expansive energy that is available here,
This expansive energy is always available,
Just allowing yourself to be in this radiance,
This brilliant light,
Take a moment and place your palm on the centre of your chest,
Allow yourself to invite connection to your heart space,
Simply breathing and feeling into this connection,
Notice the frequency of Reiki,
The frequency of unconditional love and the light that you are,
Radiates out from this heart space,
Feel into the expansion here,
Bathe in this beautiful light,
