It is a protective pattern of the mind.
Trying to keep you safe.
Safe from failure.
From judgment,
But most importantly,
Save from the unknown.
But in doing so,
It keeps you stuck.
The more you listen to that voice,
The stronger it becomes.
And the moment you begin to observe it.
Instead of believe it.
Something chefs.
Take a deep breath in.
With your exhale,
You are acknowledging you are ready to let go.
Bringing your awareness inwards.
Noticing the tone of your inner voice.
The patterns and thoughts that repeat themselves for you.
What if this doesn't work out?
What if I'm not ready?
What if I'm not good enough?
Smart enough?
Strong enough?
And just notice these thoughts without judgment.
Begin to see that these are not facts.
They're not the truth.
This is a simple protection mechanism.
These are patterns.
Thoughts your mind has practiced over and over again.
But you are not your thoughts.
You are the awareness observing them.
And you have the choice to believe them.
Or replace them.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
You have outgrown this protection mechanism.
Bring your awareness to your body.
And just notice where you feel tension,
Tightness,
Contraction.
This is where self-doubt lives.
Find it in your body.
Locate it now.
Take a deep breath in.
Imagine releasing this belief by softening your muscles.
Softening your body.
We are not forcing self doubt out.
We are just simply allowing it to soften.
Signaling that you have outgrown this protection mechanism.
You are now trustworthy enough to choose otherwise.
Find the tension in your body that is holding on to self-doubt This fear.
Fear of failure,
Fear of success.
This desire to want to prove your worth to be loved.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
You are softening into self-trust.
Allowing your body to feel more open.
More grounded.
Breathe into this.
Every breath you soften.
You open yourself up.
You begin to move into the space of safety.
And deep trust in the unknown.
Now here is where we introduce a new possibility.
What if it all worked out?
What if it all worked out for you?
Here you are filling your mind with self-doubt.
All of these limitations.
Yet life is here asking you for the belief in possibility.
Your mind is compelled to think.
What if it doesn't work out?
But what if it does?
How does that feel for you to believe in your future?
To believe in yourself.
Without certainty.
Without perfection.
Only pure trust.
Faith.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
Allow yourself to breathe into possibility.
To breathe in.
To self-trust.
This is how self-trust is built in moments like this when you choose not to follow the voice of doubt.
Not to shrink it.
But you stay and you breathe through it.
Moving forward anyway.
Because you choose to believe in your future.
Because you choose to believe in yourself.
Because you choose to have faith.

Whatever it is that you label it.
You know that you are supported.
