Hello and welcome to this breathwork experience.
My name is Jake and I will be your guide and facilitator taking you through this deeply restorative and rejuvenating breathwork experience.
To begin,
Find a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through the nose,
Filling your lungs with air and exhale through the mouth,
Releasing any tension in the body.
We're going to do that three more times,
Taking a deep inhale through the nose,
Pause when you reach the top and it's an exhale through the mouth,
Releasing any tension in the body.
Last time breathing in and exhale through the mouth.
And just repeat the mantra silently as you inhale and exhale,
I am not the body and I'm not even the mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out and I am not even the mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
I am breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
Keep going,
Breathing in and out,
Allowing the words to sink in and feel the truth behind them.
You're not just your physical form but something much deeper and expansive.
As you continue to breathe,
Repeat the mantra,
I am not the body,
I am not even my mind.
I am not the body,
I am not even my mind.
I am not the body,
I am not even my mind.
Notice any sensations that arise as you repeat this mantra and without judgment bring your attention to any areas of tension or discomfort and just imagine the breath flowing into these areas and releasing any tightness,
Pain on the exhale.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body and breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
And as you let go of any physical tension,
Allow your mind to also release any thoughts,
Any worries,
Visualising them floating away like clouds in the sky,
Leaving you clear and peaceful.
And just remember that you're not your thoughts or emotions,
You are more than that,
You are something much greater and you are part of the universal consciousness connected to all beings and all things and as you breathe in,
I am not the body and as you breathe out,
I am not even my mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
Breathing in,
I am not the body,
Breathing out,
I am not even my mind.
And just continue to repeat this mantra and focus on your breath.
I am not the body,
I am not even my mind.
I am not my body,
I am not even my mind.
Taking one last breath in and breathe all the way out.
Go and empty all the air in your lungs and just hold your breath here at the bottom of the exhale.
Hold here for 10,

Let it go.
And just take a moment now just to let everything settle,
Let everything ground and when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes and just take a moment to ground yourself.
