This message emphasizes the importance of confronting and healing emotional traumas from your past to prevent them from manifesting as disease and increased misery. It suggests that irritations caused by others can be reflections of these inner wounds and encourages introspection to identify and heal these traumas, recognizing that this is a gradual process requiring patience and self-compassion. This healing leads to a life of greater harmony and contentment. I want to thank Claire Ottewell for being the voice of Shaltazar and Music of Wisdom (Narek Mirzaei) for the background music.

Shaltazar,

Oracle card number 12,

The Mirror.

It's time to go within and heal your inner wounds.

You may not realize that all the emotional traumas you have experienced in your personal history create inner distress.

Unless you process and heal those hurts,

They continue to stay with you.

Although you may feel they are the cause of your greatest suffering,

They are actually the source of your greatest learning and growth.

However,

If you choose not to heal them,

If you choose to ignore them and hope they will disappear,

They will turn into dis-ease.

The misery will intensify and continue to become more unbearable as time goes on.

So now is the time for you to choose to let go of your inner hurts.

You can start to identify them by paying attention to what bothers you,

Triggers you,

Or annoys you about someone else.

Ask,

Why am I so troubled and bothered by what they are saying or doing?

They are actually bringing attention to your inner struggles,

Your emotional traumas.

Try to focus on the characteristic,

Behavior or aspect that is so troublesome to you and not the person.

Let go of the story and focus on why you feel the way you do about what they said or did.

You will probably discover something in your past experiences which was related to how you are now feeling.

Bring up that past trauma and send it love.

Allow it to heal and let go of the cellular memory within you.

It takes time for this healing to occur as often there are layers of trauma which need to be processed.

Be gentle and patient with yourself.

The more you heal your inner wounds,

The more you can live a life of greater harmony and contentment.
