We'll focus our attention outward on physical sights,

And touch sensations,
As well as smell or taste,
Which we'll also label feel.
As in previous days,
We'll acknowledge each sensation,
Label it,
And then soak our attention into it,
One sensation at a time.
This is a great practice to do anytime you're experiencing any kind of emotional overwhelm,
Because it can anchor your awareness in the outer environment and give you a break from the inner turmoil.
