Hello everyone,

Welcome.

My name is Jen and I'm here to guide you through the deepest sleep.

So we'll begin by just making sure you are as comfortable as possible.

So you may need to shift your body a little bit or give yourself a nice stretch.

And just begin to allow the body to release and relax.

And go ahead and give yourself permission to let the body get a little heavier.

Noticing if you're holding any tension in your hands or your arms.

Consciously focusing and releasing.

Bringing your attention to your feet and your legs and just softening right through the bottoms of the feet.

Allowing the legs to be heavy.

Softening through the neck and shoulders.

And just settling into your beautiful natural rhythmic breath.

As you begin to listen to the music,

Allow your body to just flow with the rhythm.

Allow your inhales and exhales to soften just a little bit.

Let your eyelids close if you haven't already.

And soften consciously through the forehead,

Through the cheeks.

Soften through the jaw.

I will repeat each affirmation in first person and second person.

So focus on what resonates for you and then allow that focus to dissolve all the way and simply absorb what you hear.
