Welcome to your one minute meditation.

Settle in,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Breathing in through the nose,

And breathing out through the nose.

Feeling your energetic exchange with this moment,

Absorbing it in with the inhale,

And pairing yourself with it on your exhale.

Set an intention.

Think of it,

And then as you breathe in,

Fill yourself with that intention.

Retain your breath at the top,

Allow your intention to permeate your cells.

And then as you exhale,

Gently through the nose,

Releasing anything that holds you back from that intention.
