Meditation for clearing and transmuting energy.
Find a comfortable upright seated position.
Have your back supported,
Head and neck are free,
Feet may be planted on the ground.
You can rest your hands gently in your lap and then as you're ready gently close your eyes.
We will begin with three deep cleansing breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.
Take a deep breath in and let it out.
Again in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Once more deep breath in and let it out with volume.
Ah good.
Continue to breathe deeply on your own expanding your inhales and lengthening your exhales.
Begin to shift your awareness from the outside world around you to your inner world.
I will now guide you through a breathing method I call staircase breathing in which we pause or hold our breath briefly between our inhales and lengthened exhales.
Feel free to release this method and return to your normal breath at any time.
We will start by releasing all of our stale air out.
Now hold your breath for a count of two.
Inhale for three.
Hold for four.
Exhale for five.
Take one clearing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And we prepare for our next round.
Release all of our stale air out.
Hold for two.
Inhale three.
Hold for four.
Exhale for five.
Take a clearing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Let's do one more round.
When you're ready,
Exhale all of your air out.
Hold for two.
Inhale for three.
Hold for four.
Exhale for five.
Hold for four.
Exhale for five.
And take a clearing breath in and release it all out.
Good.
Allow your natural rhythm of breathing to take over now.
Allow your body to relax.
Release any tightness or tension with each new breath in and out.
Allow the winds of your mind to quiet and settle.
In this space,
You are safe and supported.
We will now visualize our inactive or clearing box.
You can see the image of a box forming in your mind.
It can look like anything you want.
If you like,
It could even have the words clearing or inactive box written on the side.
I'll wait a moment while you create this image in your mind's eye.
Now see yourself lifting the lid off of the box.
Begin to shift your awareness now to any heavy or unwanted thoughts or feelings that have been weighing you down.
Any worries,
Frustrations,
Anger,
Sadness,
Anything that's been bogging you down that you now wish to turn over to the universe for support.
Anything you are ready to release and transform.
Now you will imagine or see in your mind's eye these feelings,
These thoughts leaving your heart and leaving your mind as you direct and move them into the box one by one.
I'll give you a minute to move through this process.
Good.
Now when you're ready,
Place your lid back on your box,
Closing it tightly.
This energy you have placed inside the box is only able to move one way into the box and nothing is able to escape unless you allow or direct it to do so.
Together we will make the following intention.
I ask and intend to release any unwanted or misaligned energies from my body,
Mind and soul,
Rendering them inactive in me right here and now.
I ask for the greater universe to please transmute this energy into something better for my highest good and for the highest good of all.
Back to the source from which all things are created.
Back to pure and unconditional love and light.

And so it is.
Take a breath in,
Breath out.
For the next several minutes,
Allow the music to send waves of healing vibrations throughout your body.
As any more misaligned energies come up,
Feel or see the energy vibrations from the music,
From the sounds,
Carrying this energy up from your body,
From your body,
From your body,
Carrying this energy up from your core,
Up and outwards from your sacred space,
Sending this energy back out to the universe to be transmuted and renewed on your behalf.
You may also repeat the process of lifting the lid on your box,
Directing these unwanted thoughts and feelings right into that box and then simply replacing the lid as you're ready to relax and rest again.
Now allow yourself to just sit back and bask in this space until I guide you out with my voice.
So so so so so so so so Keeping your eyes closed,
We will refill the space that we've now cleared for ourselves with renewed energy of appreciation.
What are three things you are thankful for today?
Maybe it's having a place to live,
Clean water,
The sun in the sky,
Air to breathe,
This time to meditate and reflect anything that comes to mind.
When you feel appreciation for someone or something,
Your energy is on the same vibration as pure unconditional love.
And there is nothing better that you can transform your energy into or fill your sacred space with than this.
Good.
To close out,
We will take one final deep cleansing breath in through our nose and out through our mouth.
Breathe in and let it out with a sigh.
As you're ready,
Gently wiggling fingers and toes.
Blink your eyes open nice and slow.
Take your time as you readjust to the light and to your physical environment.
Remember that you are surrounded at all times by infinite support and love.
All you have to do is ask for the help that is there and trust and know that you are loved and supported.
