The way best way to take action is to clear your mind, emotions, and stuck energy and get into the present moment. This practice will support you in getting resourced and ready so that you can take the next steps towards your goals.

Welcome.

This practice will be in support of helping you prepare and get ready to take Aligned Inspired Action.

The way into meaningful action is to clear the path ahead.

You do that by clearing the mind,

Clearing emotional debris,

And getting into the present moment,

Resourced and ready to take a step.

So what we're going to be doing in this practice is actually doing some movement along with breath,

And the goal is to help us get into our body,

Into this moment,

And to use our body as a tool and our breath as a tool to get prepared and energized.

So we're going to begin our practice standing.

Ideally,

You'll have a little bit of space for this,

And we'll be reaching our arms up over our head on our inhale,

And exhaling,

We're just going to let the upper part of our body and our arms fall and swing forward.

We come into a forward fold on our exhale,

We'll slowly come up as we inhale,

We'll reach our arms all the way up in the sky,

And then we'll exhale and let our arms fall forward,

Our head,

Our upper body.

We're simply moving energy,

Letting our head surrender to the process.

After that,

We're going to do some shaking,

So we'll be shaking our arms,

Shaking our legs,

Just getting some vibration going,

And we'll be breathing in and out through our mouth during that practice.

You can breathe into your mouth like you're breathing through a straw,

If that's helpful,

Or a simple inhale through the mouth will work.

So I'll welcome you to rise.

Find your feet,

Send your breath all the way down to your feet,

And as you exhale,

Let your whole body sink,

Feeling your weight firmly.

We're going to start here by raising our arms up over our head.

So we'll breathe in,

Reach your arms all the way up,

Reach high,

And then exhale,

Fold forward,

Let your arms hang.

Inhale,

Roll your way up,

Reach your arms up,

Big inhale,

And exhale,

Fold forward.

Breathing in,

Slowly rolling all the way up,

Reach your arms high,

Deep inhale,

Exhale,

Fold forward.

We've got one more,

Slowly rolling your way up as you breathe in.

Arms reach up overhead,

Open your chest,

And exhale,

Falling forward.

As you breathe in,

Slowly rolling your way up to stand,

Arms at your side,

Give your whole body a shake.

Here we go,

Shake.

Breathing in through your mouth,

Out through your mouth.

Breathing in and out,

Breathing in and out,

Breathing in and out.

Stick along to the music,

Let your energy flow.

Breathing in and out,

In and out,

In and out.

Go and shake your knees,

Shake your elbows,

Shake your head.

A few more breaths,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

And just letting your body slowly,

Slowly start to settle.

Just take a nice,

Easy breath here through your nose and out,

Standing tall.

See if you feel alive here,

Prepared,

Ready.

There's a whole beautiful life waiting for you to create it.

It's right there in front of you.
