Welcome to a meditation inviting you to access a greater vision of your life.
When you're ready I invite you to gently close your eyes,
Settle into your seat and allow the day to wash away.
There is no where you need to be,
Nothing you need to do.
This is just time for you.
Begin to notice your breathing.
No need to force it,
Just breathe naturally and comfortably.
And observe the breath as it flows in and out.
You may notice your breathing slowing and becoming more deep.
But whatever happens for you is perfect right now.
Begin to notice the muscles of your scalp relaxing.
No tingling sensations spreading across your scalp.
Your forehead begins to smooth.
Your eyebrows relax,
Little muscles around your eyes release.
Notice your mouth and lips soften,
They may even part gently.
Release any tension in your jaw.
Allow relaxation to wash over you like a waterfall.
Feeling the sensation of relaxation running down your neck and across your shoulders.
You may find your shoulders fall away from your ears.
And that sensation of relaxation continues down your arms and through your fingertips.
Allow your chest to soften and your upper back and your muscles can release.
Notice your breathing now moving deep into your belly,
Gently,
Smoothly.
Your lower back relaxes.
You notice the sensation of your hips and thighs on the chair.
The muscles around your knees release.
Your calves soften.
The relaxation flows through your ankles and your feet,
Down into Mother Earth.
You are fully supported.
Now I invite you to bring your attention to your heart centre.
Feel a beautiful warm glow,
A golden glow around your heart.
And settle in for your journey.
From this heart-centred space,
I invite you to step out into nature,
Walking along a path.
You can feel the ground under your feet with each step.
The air is cool and the sun is warm on your skin.
It's a beautiful day,
Enjoying the fresh air.
And as you look around,
You notice a beautiful castle high up on top of a mountain.
And just as you notice the castle,
You also notice a path leading in that direction.
You follow that path and continue to walk.
The path begins to elevate a little,
Getting you closer up to the top.
And then you notice the sound of wings.
The next thing you know,
There's a beautiful eagle has landed just in front of you.
A beautiful big wingspan.
And he bows his head,
Inviting you to step up on his back.
And you do so and you feel very safe and secure.
And he gently takes off and begins to fly up towards the castle.
It's a beautiful smooth ride.
Going higher and higher.
Looking at the ground beneath you getting further and further away.
You can feel a beautiful breeze in your hair and your skin.
As you fly at a lovely pace.
And just enjoy the trip.
As you get closer,
You notice more details of the beautiful castle silhouetted against the clear blue sky.
And the eagle lands very gently at the foot of the stairs leading up to the castle.
Once again he bows his head,
Allowing you to step off.
And you thank him for bringing you up to the castle.
You begin to ascend the stairs,
One at a time.
And as you reach the top,
Reach out your arm to knock on the door.
The door is opened by the owner of the castle.
You feel this warm welcoming energy and a familiarity with the person in front of you.
Take your time to notice the features of this person.
How tall are they?
What are they wearing?
What colour are their eyes?
You feel very comfortable in their presence.
They invite you in and close the door behind you.
And you find yourself in a large entranceway with a number of staircases off to the sides.
The owner informs you that these staircases,
The four main staircases,
Lead up to the main turrets of the castle.
They face in each of the directions north,
South,
East and west.
You are invited to choose one and explore.
You move in the direction of your choice and begin to ascend the spiral staircase.
There is cool,
Smooth marble beneath your feet.
You place your hand on the rail and feel the cool sensation of the brass underneath your hand.
And you take your time walking up the staircase,
Noticing any furnishings on the wall,
Any pictures.
And you keep going up and up this beautiful spiral staircase.
Until you arrive at the landing at the top and you see an archway moving into the turret.
And as you cross through this archway,
You feel a change in the air.
A sensation that something is different and special in this room.
And in the centre of the room is a table.
And sunlight streams through the window directly onto the table and you see that it holds a beautiful crystal bowl.
Notice the colour and the dimensions of the bowl.
Anything else that's special about it.
You're very drawn to it and you move towards it and peer inside.
And as you do so,
You find yourself transported into a whole new world.
This is a world of your creation.
There are no limits in this world.
It's whatever you want it to be.
Take your time and look around.
Take in all the attributes of this world.
Use all of your senses.
What do you see?
What do you touch?
Are there sounds?
Are there tastes?
Is this a still world or a moving world?
Are there many scenes that you're experiencing,
Many experiences,
Many places?
This is your world.
You can be or do whatever you desire.
Notice who's with you.
How do you feel?
How are you holding yourself?
What are you wearing?
Continue to enjoy this world.
Take in all the details that are important to you.
And stay here for a little bit of time.
Begin to take in any last details.
And soon you will be returning to the turret.
Take one final look around and a nice deep breath.
At the end of your exhale you find yourself back in the turret room.
You're standing beside the table.
But now instead of a crystal ball there is a book on the table.
It's a beautiful leather bound book with your name inscribed on the cover.
You reach out and touch it.
And open it to whatever page feels right to you.
And on that page you see three words.
These words remind you of what is important from your world of creation.
And you make a note of them.
And begin to return back down to the foyer of the castle,
The entryway of the castle.
You cross through the threshold,
Through the archway and begin to descend the spiral stairs.
And as you step off the final stair and move into the room you see the owner is there waiting for you.
You thank them for your experience.
And they let you know that you are actually welcome to return at any time to explore the castle more.
To any of the turrets.
The castle will always be welcoming to you.
As you're leaving,
Preparing to leave,
The owner holds one of your hands in theirs.
And looks deep into your eye.
And wishes you well on your journey.
So you leave the castle now.
You walk down the stairs and you see the eagle is there waiting for you to take you back down.
Once again you step on his back.
You get settled and secure.
And he gently takes off and begins to soar through the sky.
Taking you down and down and down.
Until you arrive back on the path.
You step off and thank him very much.
And then watch as he flies away with his beautiful wings.
And you return now along the path back into the room,
Back to the chair that you were sitting in.
Take a couple of nice deep breaths and just arrive.
Find yourself present again in your room.
When you feel complete,
You can open your eyes.
