Meditation serves as a potent tool for transcending limiting beliefs by rewiring years of subconscious mental conditioning, allowing you to transcend the constraints of your body and environment while reprogramming thought patterns. Moving beyond space and time, gain access to a harmonious state of consciousness where novel beliefs can materialize & instantaneously become reality. In this elevated state, you can then reintegrate this newfound truth into your current self to cultivate a happier and more fulfilling life. Hi,

I'm Jenny Kleiss and in this meditation practice today,

We'll work to transcend an old belief in order to instill a new belief and enter our future selves.

Your beliefs exert a significant influence in your life.

The longer that you hold on to them,

The deeper their impact.

Meditation serves as a potent tool for transcending limiting beliefs by rewiring years of subconscious mental conditioning.

This will allow you to transcend the constraints of your body and environment while reprogramming your thought patterns.

As you enter this coherent state of mind,

New beliefs can manifest and become true.

This practice enables you to differentiate between restrictive,

Stagnant beliefs and expansive growth-oriented ones.

This underscores the importance of selecting positive beliefs to cultivate a happier and more fulfilling life.

Let this meditation be a gateway to boundless energy,

Liberating you from limitations and unlocking your potential for profound transformation.

Begin this meditation by finding a relaxed,

Comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your gaze to soften,

Your body to relax and your mind to empty.

Create a serene and receptive space for yourself to practice.

Before we begin,

Start by contemplating an old belief that has caused you stress,

Fear or limitation.

Reflect on the thoughts and experiences that led you to embrace this belief.

As you do,

Take note of the emotions it evokes and the physical sensations it may generate within your body.

Now envision a new belief that you wish to install about your future self.

Phrase it in the present tense,

As if it's already your reality.

As you immerse yourself in this new belief,

Consider the thoughts and experiences that will reinforce it,

Consider the emotions and bodily sensations it will kindle.

Take these next few moments to embrace the full feeling of this new belief.

Now return your awareness to your relaxed body.

Let's awaken to the higher energies through your breath.

Sit comfortably with your spine nice and tall,

Focus on the base of your spine and visualize a radiant tube of light at its center.

With each inhale,

Guide your breath through this radiant light,

Starting from the base of your spine and descending through your hips,

Abdomen,

Heart,

Throat,

All the way to the crown of your head.

Hold your breath for a moment at the top and exhale,

Releasing any residual tension with it breath.

Take another deep breath in,

Following the breath up the tube of light through the spine all the way to the crown of your head,

Hold at the top and then exhale,

Release it out.

Take another deep inhale,

Filling up with air,

Moving it up the central channel of your body,

Through this radiant light to the crown of your head and exhale.

Take two more breaths now on your own,

Following this visualization,

Using your imagination.

Now become aware of your breath and how it connects you to the infinite space surrounding you.

Inhale the expansiveness of space and as you exhale,

Let it go into the boundless void.

Imagine infinite space extending in all directions,

Behind you,

In front of you,

To the right of you,

To the left of you,

Above you and below you.

Imagine yourself floating in space,

You're suspended in this infinite space,

Transcending physical,

Rational and analytical limitations.

Feel the limitless expanse enveloping you.

With this expansive awareness,

Return now to your old belief from which you seek to transform.

Realize that this belief is tied to your past self and acts as a filter,

A filter restricting your vision and potential for growth.

Decide now to release this belief,

Reflect for a moment on the experiences and thoughts that brought about this belief,

As well as the emotions and bodily sensations it generates.

Acknowledge that these thoughts and emotions are stored as energy in your body and through this acknowledgement,

Now allow this energy to rise to the surface and release through your pores into the vast,

Limitless space all around you.

Consciously choose not to cling to this old belief any longer.

Remember that it no longer holds true for you.

Now turn your attention to the new belief that you wish to embrace.

Recall the positive belief that you envisioned earlier in this meditation.

Consider the thoughts and emotions that accompany this belief.

As you do,

Embrace this new belief with confidence,

Even if it feels unfamiliar.

Make a firm commitment to this belief.

Open your heart to it and intensify the emotions it evokes.

Allow these emotions to permeate every cell of your body until you wholeheartedly accept this new belief as your own.

With an unwavering determination,

Choose this belief with both your mind and your body.

Trust that it will manifest,

Transcending physical boundaries and limitations.

Now open your heart even further to elevate the emotions aligned with this belief.

Let this belief become a visceral experience.

Let it happen within your body and intensify your feelings,

Making it the new state of your being.

Change your energy.

Be clear,

Be emphatic,

Be the vibration of emotions aligned with this belief.

Choose with your mind and body this belief.

Make this belief the new condition of your body.

Now imagine standing at a cosmic doorway in the fabric of time and space.

This doorway represents the now.

As you see the present moment,

You look back behind you and see the remnants of your old self,

Including the emotions and beliefs you've left behind.

You consciously decide to step away from these remnants,

Freeing yourself from their constraints.

Now gaze beyond the doorway,

Into the future.

The future where you envision your evolved self,

Unburdened by any obstacles.

Know that you have the power now to transcend the limitations of your physical form and environment to step confidently into your future self.

Choose your destiny.

Choose free will to change your current path,

No longer in a state of autopilot,

Thinking and doing.

Make your body believe in your future self.

Embrace your body with these feelings.

As this new energy infuses into your body,

Into your being,

Slowly begin to draw your awareness back to your breath as you feel the gentle rise of the belly with each inhale and the subtle fall of the belly with each exhale.

You begin to reconnect with your physical body,

Become more and more aware of the room around you as you breathe deeply into your core.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Fully present and aligned with your limitless potential.
