Hey there,

It's Coach Jenny with Mama Need to Refill.

Let's begin the day together.

Let's begin slowly,

With intention,

With awareness,

And with possibility.

This meditation is perfect to begin your day.

Maybe you've already made your coffee or your tea,

Or maybe you're still in bed.

I invite you to sit up,

Prop a pillow behind you,

Get in a comfortable seat,

And let's begin together.

Every single morning is a fresh start.

Every morning is a new opportunity to open up the gift of life,

To get present to yourself,

To connect to yourself,

And to begin anew.

I invite you to imagine that you are holding an empty wooden bowl.

It's just resting softly on your lap.

And like anything,

And any new day,

It is wonderful to begin a day with gratitude.

So as you're holding your bowl,

I invite you to imagine that near you is a pad of paper and a pen.

And on this pad of paper,

You are writing all the things you're grateful for,

One at a time,

As they come to you.

A good night's rest,

The argument you had yesterday,

The sun coming through the window,

The clouds outside.

Whatever it is,

Your breath,

A relationship,

A situation,

Even a material object.

As these items come to you,

You're writing them down on a slip of paper and dropping them into your bowl,

One at a time.

As your gratitudes come to you,

See yourself writing them down,

And one by one,

Dropping them into your bowl.

Don't question them,

Don't judge them,

Let them be what they are.

They are simply your gratitudes in this moment as you fill your wooden bowl.

Pretty soon this bowl is getting quite full.

It's overflowing with all the things that you appreciate,

That you're aware of,

That you recognize have value in your life.

Give thanks,

Rejoice for their presence.

Now carefully set your bowl aside.

Just put it next to you in your mind's eye,

And let's continue to get ready for the day.

I invite you to imagine how you want to feel.

You're aware of what's in your calendar,

You know what you've got going on today,

So imagine how you want to feel.

Do you want to feel confident,

Capable,

Courageous?

Do you want to feel brave,

Strong,

Relaxed?

Whatever it is,

It's perfect.

Tune in to the way you want to feel,

And then imagine it's the end of the day and you're laying your head on your pillow and you're feeling that intentional feeling that you began your day with.

Confidence,

Bravery,

Peacefulness,

Joy,

Whatever it is.

I now invite you to pick up your bowl,

To remember all your gratitude,

And to slowly,

Ever so carefully,

Open your eyes.

Know that you are safe and supported,

Protected and loved,

And you have everything you need.

All is well,

And you are well.
