This is the day starting right. Begin by connecting to unconditional love, and feeling that love wash through the body to release any limitations, old thought forms, and beliefs. Start your day revitalised and renewed.

Transcript

So,

Begin by being comfortable and that can be seated or laying down,

But wherever you are just as you take a nice deep and deliberate breath in and you exhale just release the need to hold the body.

Allow whatever surface you're on,

Whether that's the chair or the bed or the floor,

Just allow that to do the job of holding the body.

Just release and relinquish the need to control any movements or holding of the skin or the muscles within the skin.

Let go.

Be supported by the earth.

And as we take another nice deep and deliberate breath in,

As you exhale just relinquish control a little more so that the chair underneath you or the bed or the floor just supports you a little more than it was before.

And as you ease your way into being held by the earth,

Just gather all of your focus,

All of your attention from wherever it has been,

Whether it's external on situations or events or whether it's internal on sensations or emotions within the body.

Just gather your attention now and take it all from wherever it has been to the crown of the head.

Just focus all of your attention in that one place,

That space at the top of the head.

And then from that place,

Take your attention up and down,

Out through the sky,

Out through the ozone layer,

All the way out into space.

Out there in that space,

Between space,

In space where vibration of frequency determines whether something has matter or not,

Whether something has substance or is just a wisp.

And as you connect with that higher vibrational frequency that can become or be anything,

Just allow it to be the energy of unconditional love.

Now unconditional love is exactly as it sounds.

It's given without condition.

You don't need to perform a particular way to receive this.

You don't need to behave a particular way.

You don't need to believe a certain thing.

You don't need to align yourself with anything.

Unconditional love is exactly as it sounds.

It's given with no requirement for you to behave in a particular way.

And so as you receive this,

And you will receive this now,

Know that there is no exchange required.

All you need to do is create the space within yourself to receive it.

And for some,

You may see this come back down through the ozone layer,

Down through space,

Back into the room that you find yourself in now or the place where you are now as a beautiful liquid light,

Tumbling and pouring and iridescent.

Some may just feel it arrive.

Others may have a sensation of temperature.

And some may just know.

But as this arrives now,

This unconditional love given freely and willingly,

Know that it is an unlimited resource.

And therefore,

The more you need,

The more will become available to you.

So as it begins its journey down through the crown of your head,

Moving down past the forehead,

The eyes,

The cheek,

The nose,

The mouth and chin,

Down the back of the scalp and the neck,

Moving down past the throat,

From the shoulders all the way to the fingertips,

Past the heart centre and down the spine and the ribs,

Past the solar plexus and the navel,

Moving its way down past the belly and the hips,

Continuing down past the pelvis,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Feet and down through the soles of the feet and into the earth.

The body now a conduit of this unconditional love,

This higher vibrational energy which is given freely and without condition.

And so as it saturates the whole body now,

Just allow yourself to release into it anything you no longer need,

Any old thought forms,

Old beliefs,

Old ways of being,

The things you used to find important that you no longer do.

And just to release them into the light lovingly,

Allowing them to be washed down into the earth,

Knowing that the earth takes waste products,

It takes things and converts them,

It takes things we discard and uses that energy to create things that nourish us and support our survival.

And so release into the earth now these old things you no longer need,

Knowing they will be transformed and perhaps you already have connected with the transformed energy,

Knowing and seeing the potential in what is transformed there.

And as you connect with that now just draw that energy up from the centre of the earth,

Pulling it back up through the toes and the feet,

The ankles and the calves,

The knees and the thighs,

The hips,

The pelvis,

The navel,

The solar plexus,

The spine,

The ribs saturating every organ,

The fingertips to the shoulders,

The heart,

The throat,

The neck,

The back of the scalp,

The chin,

Mouth,

Cheeks,

Nose,

Eyes,

Forehead and all the way back up and out into space.

Your body now a conduit of light and energy from above to below and from below to above.

Every muscle,

Every nerve,

Every sinew,

Every organ saturated with earth energy and unconditional love.

Allow it to burst beyond the edges of the skin so this energy surrounds you now,

All the way to the edges of the aura where it seals like a protective field around the body.

And as we offer gratitude to the earth for its ongoing and continued stability and support and we offer gratitude above for the unconditional love that we may experience whenever we choose to connect to it.

And I invite you to store the learnings from today in the place where you store such learning so that it is easily and readily accessible any time you may need it now or in future to any and all parts and aspects of yourself that may need it now or in future.

But for now as we take a nice deep and deliberate breath in and as we breathe out just sealing that energy around the body now and a second deep and deliberate breath in and as you breathe out just offering gratitude in all directions.

And a third deep and deliberate breath in and as you breathe out just easing yourself gently back into the room or the place where you are and becoming aware of your surroundings and finding yourself revitalized and energized to move on with the rest of your day.
