A Journey Of Light Through Your Chakras: A Reiki Meditation

This is a Reiki meditation,

A journey of light through the chakras of your body.

Make yourself comfortable,

Seated,

Lying down,

Whatever allows you to be in a relaxed and receptive state.

Close your eyes and settle into your body.

Invite a sense of relaxation throughout your entire being,

From head to toe,

Extremity to your arms,

Your legs,

And your torso.

Relaxing all of your internal organs.

And just observing the rise of your inhale and the settling and falling of your exhale.

And the light of Reiki fills the air that you breathe.

And as you breathe in the light of Reiki,

The light within you wakes up beyond its reveal,

Connecting to the great invocation.

From the point of light within the mind of God,

Let light stream forth into our mind.

Let light descend on Earth.

From the point of love within the heart of God,

Let love stream forth into our hearts.

May love increase honor.

From the center where the will of God is known,

Let purpose guide our will.

The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the center which we call humanity,

Let the plan of love and light work out.

And may you seal the door where evil dwells.

Let light and love and power restore the plan on Earth.

Say the following words to yourself,

The soul mantra,

The recognition of your unique expression of divinity.

I am the soul.

I am the spirit.

I am the light divine.

I am love.

I am big design.

The light of achy fills the air that you breathe.

Your breath fills your body with the light.

And as you breathe in the light,

The light within you wakes up.

This is the light of your life form,

Your spirit,

Your essence.

The ask that our unhealed egos and personality to be fully healed,

To allow the pure light of achy and our divine nature to be revealed.

Breathe in the power of divine love,

The power of the divine mind,

The power of the divine heart.

Breathe in the power of the diviner and the light of God,

The light of the universe.

Take a moment to invite all of the illuminated beings you would like to be present.

The infinite creative consciousness of the universe,

The God of your own understanding,

Divine father,

Divine mother,

Our brothers and sisters of the light,

The ascended masters,

The archangels,

The healing angels,

The earth angels,

The collective of the ancestors that we descend from,

The descendants yet to come,

And all of those beings from the third heaven to the highest heaven,

As well as your own individual guide.

We ask you for your divine assistance,

Guidance,

Healing,

And empowerment.

Before you is a bridge filled with the light of achy,

Filled with all the colors of the rainbow.

It contains all the frequencies of the rainbow,

And as you walk onto it,

You pass over the shimmering,

Glittering colors.

Dark gray,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

Purple,

Gold.

As you step off of the bridge,

The colors are before you,

The light surrounds you,

Shimmering,

Radiating,

Glowing and pure.

The chakras are energy centers of the body that have physical,

Energetic,

Emotional,

Intellectual,

And spiritual components.

There are hundreds of chakras throughout the body and beyond,

And there are nine primary ones associated with you in this body,

In this lifetime,

In this dimension.

Dark gray,

Bring your awareness to six inches to a foot beneath your feet.

A glowing ball of dark gray light,

This is your earth star chakra.

This chakra is an expanded version of the root chakra that anchors the entirety of you,

Including your aura,

Your entire chakra system,

Your ego,

Your personality,

Your physical body,

And your soul into the earth.

Dark gray,

The divine right to be here.

Red,

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.

A glowing ball of red light,

This is your birth chakra,

Your root chakra.

This is the gateway to your past,

Your ancestral lineage.

It is the source of where your story begins in this body,

This lifetime,

Within the collective of the family and the tribe and the community,

Surrounding security,

Survival,

Financial issues,

Divine manifestation with the red ball of light at the base of your spine.

Orange,

Now focus your attention higher to just below your navel.

An orange shimmering ball of light,

The second chakra,

Your sacral chakra.

This is your creative center and where you connect with the other.

In this creative center,

The power to create light,

Both in continuing the ancestral lineage into the future,

As well as the birth of ideas,

Projects,

Desire,

Fluidity,

Creativity,

Pleasure.

What brings you joy?

Emotions,

Feelings,

And sexuality.

Orange,

Divine creativity.

Yellow,

Moving higher to just below the ribcage.

To the solar plexus,

See a shimmering yellow ball of light.

The third chakra explores your relationship with the self,

The ego.

Transmutation which is taking in one element and transforming it into another.

This is evidenced here physically through the digestive system by taking in food,

Transforming it through the fire of the digestive system into energy the body can use and eliminating what is not needed.

Issues here,

The third chakra,

Individuation,

Power.

The who am I in the world,

Autonomy and transmutation.

Yellow,

Divine world.

Green,

A glowing shimmering ball of green light at the center of your chest.

The heart chakra,

The center of the chakra system,

Our own internal symbolic sun.

The heart creates a grand cross of the chakra system,

Uniting the lower chakras of the outer world and manifestation with the upper chakras of the inner world,

With the arms radiating directly out from the heart.

What we do with our hands in the world is a direct manifestation of what is in our heart.

The heart chakra is the most magnetic chakra.

It drives magnetic action of attraction,

The urge to connect with love from the heart.

In the heart chakra resides our reason for being.

Green,

Divine love.

Sky blue like the sky at noon.

Coming into the fifth chakra into your throat,

See a light blue ball of shimmering light.

Expression,

Finding your voice.

Speaking the truth and saying what needs to be expressed.

Embracing the quiet.

The throat chakra is a partner to the sacral chakra of creativity,

And that is the outward expression of the creative voice.

Pale blue,

Divine expression.

Midnight blue,

Visualize a sparkling light of dark blue like the midnight sky at the center of your forehead.

The sixth chakra,

Third eye,

Intuition,

Dream.

Vision,

Source of knowledge and wisdom is the realm of this chakra.

The combining and harmonizing of logic and reason with the physical and mystical realm.

And the ball of dark blue,

Your forehead,

Divine intelligence and divine mind.

After violet purple,

Bring your awareness,

The gist above the top of your head to your crown.

With a glowing,

Shimmering purple thousand-petaled loader,

Opening and expanding.

The crown chakra,

Universal consciousness,

All is one.

Higher power,

Connection to what lies beyond,

To all of humanity and the source of all life.

The thousand-petaled lotus that touches on all possibilities and potentialities.

Ultraviolet purple,

Divine consciousness.

Gold,

Bring your awareness to six inches above the top of your head.

See the golden ball of light.

This is your soul star chakra,

Where your soul resides in this lifetime.

The soul contains a collective of all your experiences,

Attitudes,

Beliefs and values from this lifetime,

All other lifetimes,

In between lifetimes,

As well as all dimensions,

Past,

Present and future.

In addition to the soul,

The soul stars a connection to the high frequency light of the one great light we all originate from.

A golden ball of light,

Divine light.

See yourself as a solidified being of light and color,

Connected to the heavens and the earth and the light within.

Allow yourself to travel back to the rainbow bridge.

Please stop on to the bridge and feel the radiating colors of the rainbow.

Gold,

Divine light.

Ultraviolet purple,

Divine consciousness.

Indigo like the midnight sky.

Divine intelligence.

Pale blue like the sky at noon.

Divine expression.

Green.

Divine love.

Yellow.

Divine will.

Orange.

Divine creativity.

Red.

Divine manifestation.

Dark grey,

The divine right to be here.

Taking a breath in,

You come back into your physical body,

Into the center of your chest,

To your heart center.

In the words of Aubrey Marcus,

You are comprised of 84 minerals,

23 elements,

And 8 gallons of water spread across 38 trillion cells.

You have been built up from nothing by the spare parts of the earth that you have consumed,

According to a set of instructions hidden in a double helix and small enough to be carried by your sperm.

You are recycled butterflies,

Plants,

Rocks,

Trees,

Firewood,

Wolf ferns,

And shark teeth,

Broken down to their smallest parts and rebuilt into our planet's most complex living thing.

You are not living on earth.

You are earth.

And now we will send makey and unconditional love to the earth.

Place your hands in togasho,

Two hands together at your heart center,

And connect with the divine love of making,

The vibration of compassion and unconditional love.

Place your hands forward and visualize a small earth in front of you,

A small blue-green ball floating in space.

This is our home,

Gaia,

Mother Earth.

Allow makey and unconditional love to go wherever it is wanted and wherever it is needed.

And to help amplify this,

Connecting with the prayer of St.

Francis of Assisi,

The prayer of transmutation.

Divine universe,

Make me an instrument of your peace.

Will there's hatred,

Let me so love?

Will there's injury,

Pardon?

Will there's doubt,

Faith?

Will there's despair,

Hope?

Will there's darkness,

Light?

Will there's sadness,

Joy?

O Divine Master,

Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console,

To be understood as to understand,

To be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive,

It is in pardoning that we are pardoned.

Allow the earth to be infused with love and light.

And take a deep breath in and place your hands on your heart center and allow yourself to receive the light of breaking.

The power of divine love fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your being.

The power of the divine mind fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your consciousness.

The power of the divine heart fills your breath and is revealed in the light of your own heart.

The power of the divine earth fills your breath and is revealed in your body.

The power of God fills your breath and the power of God is revealed in you.

The power of the universe fills your breath and the power of the universe is revealed in you.

The power of your Holy Spirit is revealed in you.

Look inside and say thank you to you.

Appreciate you for who you are,

The magnificence of your life.

Appreciate you for how deeply you love,

How deeply you care.

And we say thank you to the ancestors,

Your own family learners and the collective of the ancestral energies of humanity that we all descend from since the dawn of time.

This body,

This lifetime is the evidence of the love of the thousands that have come before.

You are the light of the heaven and the light of the earth.

You carry the light of the ancestors within you,

As well as the seed of the potential of the descendants yet to come.

The enlightened ones who have joined us.

The God of your own understanding,
