Okay,

So just go ahead and allow yourself to be comfortable.

You can be seated,

You can be lying down,

Whatever allows you to be in a relaxed and receptive state during this meditation.

Go ahead and close your eyes and settling into your body and inviting a sense of relaxation and softness throughout your entire being.

Softening your hands and your feet.

Relaxing your hands and your legs.

Relaxing your torso,

Your belly and your chest.

Just noticing the rise of your inhale and the softening,

The falling of the exhale.

Relaxing your throat,

Softening your jaw.

Your jaw hangs up so slightly,

Creating space between your lower teeth and your upper teeth.

Your tongue softens and widens,

Overlapping the edges of your teeth.

And allowing your eyeballs to sink into the socket and relaxing your forehead.

And the light of day,

Fills the air that you breathe.

In your breath,

Your breath fills your body with the light.

And as you breathe in the light,

The light within you wakes up.

The Kosher is mainly sheath and Sanskrit,

And the Kosher are the layers of your being.

It includes your physical body,

Your mind,

Your emotion,

Your houses,

Your soul,

Your spirit.

From here,

Bringing your awareness to your physical body,

The Anamaya Kosher layer.

This is the densest part of who you are,

The earth element that you carry within you.

It is your physical body,

And everything that is you and material existence.

It is the solidness of your bones,

Your teeth,

The firmness of your muscles.

It is the blood that flows in your veins,

Your vital organs that maintain your life,

Such as the beating of your heart,

And the fire of your digestive system.

This is where you carry the divine embodied within you.

You can expand your awareness wider into the space that surrounds you,

The Anamaya Kosher layer.

This contains the essence that surrounds your physical body.

It is the water element of who you are.

Notice the rise and the fall of your breath,

The rise and the expansion of your inhale,

And the subtle falling of the exhale.

What is this layers and influence by the breath?

With this ball of chi,

Prana,

The vital life force that animates your being.

It is here at this level,

This layer,

Is a connection to the great cosmic universal life force that animates each and every one of us.

This divine life force energy allows our inner self to manifest fully into the outer world.

The divine embodied fluidity of water that you carry within you.

And then expanding into the mental area,

The mental layer of your being,

The Anamaya Kosher,

The mind.

It governs your thoughts and your emotions,

Your feelings and your judgments,

Your fantasies and your visions of how you perceive the world around you,

All inspired by the element of fire at this level.

This includes your beliefs,

Your opinions and values that have been accumulated over a lifetime through your experiences.

You inherited from your background,

Your culture and your heritage from this lifetime,

In between lifetime,

All of a lifetime,

As well as all dimensions past,

Present and future.

These contribute to how you understand the world around you and your place within it.

At this level is the divine embodiment of fire.

And expanding even deeper into the next level,

Into the element of air.

The intellectual layer of being,

The Vidya Mana Kosher,

The intellect,

Intuition,

Instincts,

And higher perceptions reside at this layer.

The inner knowing and wisdom.

It is at this realm where we perceive messages from beyond our mind,

Knowing and connecting to deeper insight,

The divine mind.

And as I set this level at the divine mind of embodied divine air.

And expanding even further into the bliss layer,

The Anamaya Kosher,

Either the space that surrounds and contains all the previous layers.

This is the realm of deep inner peace and joy.

The sweetness of all existence.

This is the eternal part of you that cycles through birth,

Life,

Death,

And rebirth,

In all lifetime,

In between lifetimes.

All dimensions past,

Present and future.

Leading to the transcendence that leads to the immersion with all of creation itself.

Taking a deep breath and feel,

See,

Perceive all as one.

You are connected to all that is,

All that ever was,

And all that ever will be.

This is our home,

Gaia,

Mother Earth.

Send Reiki to the physical realm,

The physical layer of the earth.

Her water,

The ocean,

The sea,

The rivers and the lake,

The land,

The large land masses of the continent,

And the little islands gathered all over the globe.

To the animals,

Those on the land,

The air,

The water,

And our own animal friends who live with us,

Our pets,

As well as a collective of humanity.

And continuing,

Send Reiki expanding into the layer of the earth that connects to the divine life force energy and sending Reiki there,

Not only to the earth herself,

But on the lands,

The waters,

The animals,

The plants,

And all of humanity enlivened by the prana,

The divine life force energy.

And expanding into the mental layer of the earth,

Sending Reiki to all the thoughts,

The feelings,

The emotion,

And the beliefs of all the peoples and all the elements on the earth,

Shifting even further into the intellectual and wisdom layer of the earth.

Sending Reiki an unconditional love to intellect,

Wisdom,

And the divine mind of the earth and humanity.

And expanding into the bliss layer of the earth,

Sending Reiki an unconditional love to all our land,

The waters,

The plants,

The animals,

And all of humanity,

Allowing the earth to be in peace with divine love,

Divine lying.

And taking a deep breath in and placing your hands on your heart center.

And allow yourself to receive the light of Reiki,

The beauty of Reiki.

The power of divine love fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your being.

The power of the divine mind fills your breath and is revealed at the core of your consciousness.

The power of the divine heart fills your breath and is revealed in the light of your own heart.

The power of the divine earth fills your breath and is revealed in your body.

The power of God fills your breath and the power of God is revealed in you.

The power of your Holy Spirit is revealed within you.

Look inside and say thank you to you.

The magnificence of your being,
