Abundance Affirmations

Hello this is Jessie Galvin and welcome to today's abundance affirmations.

So before we start let's just take a deep breath in through the nose.

Let it out through your mouth.

Gently close down your eyes and allow your attention to come inwards.

Give yourself a few moments to allow your energetic body to catch up with your physical body.

For things to slow down and to allow yourself to just be here now.

With the sacred time that you've carved out into your day to connect with the infinite energy of abundance that always resides within you.

So take another deep breath in through the nose and sigh out through your mouth.

Find somewhere comfortable to rest sitting up with the back supported or lying down.

Wherever you are allow the shoulders to soften.

Gently remove the tongue from the roof of the mouth.

Relax your belly so allow your breath to drop down into the diaphragm into the belly.

And in your own time take a couple of really nice deep expansive breaths in through the nose and releasing through the mouth.

And from this state of openness take a moment to remember something that brings you joy.

It could be an experience a person simply the energy of joy and feel this as it opens your heart.

Feel this energy as it moves through your entire body.

The subtle energy of joy as it moves through you.

This energy of gratitude.

Maybe a gentle smile comes to the mouth as you remember this moment or feel this experience in the present moment right here right now.

And just allow yourself to rest here for a few moments.

Experiencing the energy of gratitude and joy.

So as we move through today's affirmations I invite you to experience them from this place of gratitude with an open heart as if they have already manifested in your life.

They are already here this is just a remembering.

So feel the experience of each affirmation as it seeps deep into your subconscious mind and creates new pathways of possibility.

So take a deep breath in through your nose let it out through your mouth.
