Hello,

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to this self-love micro-moment,

A short confidence boost.

Right now,

Wherever you are,

If it feels okay,

We're going to take a moment just for you.

This is your micro-moment of self-love.

So place one hand on your heart,

One hand on your belly,

Or anywhere that feels comforting for you.

Feel the warmth and the weight of your own touch.

And take a gentle fuller breath as you say,

I am here for myself right now.

As you breathe here,

I invite you to bring into your heart one thing that you genuinely appreciate about yourself today.

It might be how you showed up in a certain situation,

A boundary you held,

A choice that you made,

Or simply that you are taking this moment to care for yourself right now.

Breathe into that appreciation and let it gently expand under your hands,

Even if it feels subtle.

Now imagine that this appreciation is a warm light in your chest and your belly.

With each breath,

This light of self-recognition grows a little steadier and a little clearer.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer.

I choose to see my worth.

I choose to honor who I am.

Feel the frequency of these words as they settle into your body.

Your worth is already here,

Underneath everything else.

Take one more easy breath as you invite this frequency of appreciation to anchor into your heart,

Just as much is available to you in this moment now.

When you're ready,

Gently remove the hands and carry this micro moment of self-love into whatever comes next in your day.
