Finding a comfortable position in which you can lie down,
Spread your limbs out long,
Rest your head comfortably and turn the palms of your hands to the sky,
Ready to receive.
Inhaling deeply,
Feel your tummy rise.
And exhaling,
Allow everything to wash out the bottom of your feet.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Begin to imagine oceanic waves travelling up and down your body,
Collecting pebbles and stones of worries.
And exhaling,
The great wave washes everything down out the bottom of your feet.
On your next exhale,
Begin to feel your head grow heavy.
Notice the weight of your head held up by the earth.
And allow the muscles across your forehead to release,
Slipping down either side of your face.
Your eyes too,
Start to fall down sideways,
Letting go completely.
As your cheeks,
Nose,
Lips and chin follow suit,
Melting down into the earth.
Notice the little muscles at the back of your neck.
And exhaling,
Allow them to release,
They who have held your head up all day long.
Your shoulders begin to melt sideways and down as your upper back,
Middle back and lower back release into the earth.
Feeling heavy and held,
Your chest,
Rib cage and tummy melts down and out.
And your hips grow heavy,
Spilling out sideways as your pelvis roots down,
Softening.
As the backs of your thighs,
Backs of your knees and calves release down even more,
Growing so heavy.
As the tops of your thighs,
Tops of your knees and shins spill down sideways,
Releasing as they go.
Your ankles,
Heels,
Tops of your feet,
Bottoms of your feet and toes.
Just relax a little bit more,
Let go a little bit more.
Your entire body is heavy and soft and held.
You are so very loved and you are so very safe.
I now connect to Reiki and bring my hands slowly down through your aura.
They come to rest on the backs of your shoulders.
As I ask your body permission to enter its energetic field and send divine healing to all of yourselves.
With permission,
Begin to send white healing light into your entire body through every cell,
Muscle,
Organ and tissue.
And with every inhale,
This white light grows,
Till it's a great dome engulfing us both.
You are held,
You are safe.
I'm now calling in your ancestors,
Your spirit guides,
Your guardian angels.
And they come,
Can you see them?
They're walking towards you,
Smiling,
Full of love.
All around you is a great circle of beings who love you,
Channeling the universe and its infinite energy of love.
A beautiful white light continues to engulf your body,
Cleansing,
Renewing and recharging all of yourselves.
Connecting to all parts of you,
Even the inner child,
Who sometimes you may shut away.
This love and healing light reaches all.
And being universal love,
It knows exactly where to go.
You are healing so beautifully.
It's time to step away.
Your ancestors,
Guardians,
Spirit guides,
Start to slowly walk backwards,
Hands on their hearts.
Telling you that they're always there,
If ever you should need guidance,
Healing or peace.
I slowly remove my hands from your shoulders now,
Coming up and out through your aura.
Thanking your body,
Thanking your energy and thanking you for being open to this healing.
Taking a big inhale,
Exhale and maybe start to move your head a little from side to side.
Maybe wiggle your fingers or your toes.
And when you're ready,
Slowly start to move over onto your right hand side,
Pulling your knees up into your body and resting your head in the crook of your arm.
Back in your mother's womb,
About to be reborn into this world,
This moment,
This minute.
Having received this beautiful reiki offering.
When you're ready,
Slowly start to move up into a seated position.
Giving yourself a huge hug.
Thank your body,
Thank each cell,
Thank yourself for making the decision to find space for this healing today.
And maybe sending your attention upwards,
Thank the universe for its infinite love.
And your guardian angels and spirit guides for looking after you constantly.
I hope you leave this healing feeling more peace.
