
Breathwork (6 Breaths Per Minute With Music)
In this 5 minute practice, purposefully slow the breath down to 6 per minute with humming. At this frequency, we induce a hypometabolic state: lowering our breath and heart rates, dialing down the stress response, and reducing mental arousal. An additional benefit: humming increases nasal nitric oxide which may improve sinus ventilation.
