Welcome to today's practice where you will use the power of affirmations to remind yourself of the truth.

Affirmations are a powerful way to help us get out of the mental chatter that isn't serving us and into the truth that does.

For today's practice you can simply allow the words to wash over you or repeat them back silently to yourself.

Let's begin.

You can close your eyes or simply gaze down and let's first see what you can notice from the sounds inside the room or space that you're in right now.

What are all the different sounds you can hear?

What's the closest sound you can hear?

Perhaps it's yourself breathing.

Now what's the furthest sound you can hear?

And now I'm going to begin the affirmation for today.

And again,

You can simply allow the words to wash over you or repeat them back to yourself.

I am calm.

I am cool.

I am confident.

You are confident.
