Join Jim on a relaxation journey as his gentle and soothing voice accompanied by entrancing hand-pan music takes you into a deep restful state. First, we tense and relax all the muscles in the body, one by one. And then, using autosuggestion, we tell each part of the body to relax. After that, we sink into a state of deep relaxation.

I love Jim’s morning yoga class. Because of an injury, I have needed to sit out for a few days. This is a lovely substitute for the class that I need to skip for a few days. Thank you Jim!!!
