Welcome to 5 minute Breathing Through the Chakras guided meditation.
This is a powerful meditation for moving energy through the body and clearing away blocked energy that may be present.
Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor,
With the neck long and the back upright.
Inhale into your seat and relax.
Gently close your eyes.
Relax your face,
Your mouth.
Let them soften.
Direct your focus to the first chakra at the base of the spine,
Located at the perineum.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Direct your focus to the second chakra near the sacrum.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Direct your focus to the third chakra at the solar plexus.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Direct your focus to the fourth chakra located at the heart.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Direct your focus to the fifth chakra,
The throat chakra.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Direct your focus to the sixth chakra between the eyebrows.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Direct your focus to the seventh chakra,
The crown of the head.
Inhale through the chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Let's start again at the first chakra.
Inhale through the first chakra at the base of the spine.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Inhale through the second chakra near the sacrum.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Inhale through the third chakra at the solar plexus.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Inhale through the fourth chakra located at the heart.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Inhale through the fifth chakra,
The throat chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Inhale through the sixth chakra between the eyebrows.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Inhale through the seventh chakra,
The crown chakra.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Release the focus and allow the breath to return to normal.
Continue on your own to breathe through the chakras,
Starting with the first chakra and moving up the spine to the seventh.
When you finish with the seventh,
Start again at the first.
Exhale out the crown of the head.
Wherever you are,
Let go of your focus on the chakras.
Allow the breathing to return to normal.
Let the body settle.
Let the energy settle.
And in your own time,
Whenever you feel ready,
Slowly open the eyes.
