You did it.
Congratulations.
This has been a wonderful journey for me to take with you.
Let's begin by becoming aware of the breath and the heart.
That at this point,
The breath and the heart are so intertwined,
Like golden coils.
The breath brings us more and more aware of the heart.
And with every breath,
We open to the heart.
We open to that purity within us and its unshakable.
And we know now that to become unshakable,
We become open.
We become of service.
We become courageous in our vulnerability and in our humility.
And so with every breath,
Let us allow ourselves to surrender to these powerful,
Eternal qualities within us that exist in our heart.
We can use the conscious breath that we learned or simply be in the presence and the greatness of our own heart.
Today,
We'll explore all that we are,
The infinity that we are.
Yes,
In our unshakable heart,
Regardless of circumstances that exist around us.
And we will explore the eternality that we are.
So with every breath,
Let us open.
We can allow our heart to open more and more with every breath,
Seeing it as an expanding sun,
Pulsating and shining.
The more we become relaxed and effortless,
The more we surrender and become open.
We become malleable thanks to the heart.
And as the heart expands,
It shines through the mind,
Strengthening these qualities of acceptance,
Surrender,
Humility,
Allowing,
Activating our beingness,
Activating our beingness and activating the I am that we are.
And with every breath,
We step more and more into our oneness.
We pierce the veil of illusion and join in the oneness of all that is as light and love.
We can visualize the world around us like the matrix as pure light,
Every movement in light,
Everything around us as light.
Our relationships,
The car,
The home,
The wind,
The trees,
The birds,
The people,
The cities,
The planet as made up of light and we are light.
Seeing this all that is in its oneness and its perfection.
And with every breath we open to this perfection.
We are all interconnected perfectly.
And our consciousness is one with the consciousness of all that is.
With every breath,
The silence becomes full and the stillness empties us.
We are all connected to the light of the universe and the stillness empties us.
We step into the infinity.
We can experience ourselves as the universe.
We can experience ourselves as the cosmos and the mind's eye looking out into the vast universe,
Knowing that we are that.
Knowing that we are that.
We may feel the presence of God inside of us,
Breathing through us.
We may feel the innocence and the joy of being completely empty and totally full at the same time.
Knowing that we are both infinity and the infinity.
Knowing that we are both infinity and the infinitesimal singularity of creation.
We are both full potential as sheave and completely actualized as Shakti.
We are the known and unknown.
We are the seen and unseen.
We are the future and the past coalescing in this very moment of existence.
We are all the things that are to happen and all the things that have happened in the now.
We are the purity of life in the now and the sanctity of love in the now.
We are ageless and eternal.
We are boundless.
We are the matter of existence itself and its source.
We are the matter of existence itself and its source.
And we are creation.
Thus,
We are creators.
And from this place,
We can create anything in our life from the unshakable heart.
We are the lighthouse on the shore of a stormy sea.

Where chaos and fear abound.
Yet we know there is light and love in the darkness.
We have seen the stars,
We have seen the moon and we have tasted the depths of the sea.
And we know that even though the sea is stormy and rough and unpassable,
We are a lighthouse for humanity.
We shine our light through the night in every direction,
Welcoming those who wish to see.
We welcome those who wish to love and be loved.
We welcome those who wish to serve and be served.
And for those who do not wish those things,
We still shine our light because that is who we are.
An unshakable heart and a shining light in the night.
We know that the day will come.
We know that the storm will subside.
We know that the storm will subside.
And still we shine.
Regardless of what happens in the world around us,
We shine because that is who we are.
We are that love.
We are that light.
