Guided meditation for confidence in your new role as a parent.

Thank you for embarking with me on this journey of feeling more confident in your new role as a parent.

Let's get started.

Gently close your eyes or stare off into the distance.

Notice your breath.

Watch your breath flow in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

With each breath,

You are drawing in calm and breathing out any negative feelings or thoughts.

Breathe in calm.

Breathe out worry.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out frustration.

Breathe.

When thoughts arise,

Lovingly breathe them away.

Allow my words to sink deep into your being.

Each affirmation going deeper and deeper.

I have been given all the tools I need to support,

Nurture and love my baby.

My baby chose me and I them.

Each day I grow in my understanding of my baby's needs.

Every day I try my best.

This is the greatest gift I can give.

I am finding my role as their parent.

My baby is so proud of all I do and has so much gratitude and appreciation.

My baby wants the very best for me.

I am the perfect parent for my baby.

I can do hard things.

When uncertainty arises,

I calmly tap into my inner wisdom for guidance.

I lovingly listen to what others offer and see if it aligns with my preferences for my baby.

I know my baby best.

Any advice that doesn't align to my parenting style calmly and gently falls away.

Breathe in the love all around you and breathe out any left over insecurities and fear.

I know my internal guidance system is showing me the way.

Breathe in the perfection of this moment.

When feelings of insecurity pop up,

Return back to this meditation to bring you back into the wholeness of who you are.

You are perfect.
