
Calm Abiding: Settling Into Body (Warmth + Well-being)
This is another shorter meditation that invites a simple settling into body and breath with some awareness of warmth and wellbeing in the heart-center. Because it is short, it can be used daily or between daily tasks/meetings. This recording was made at the Accessing the Unconditional Love and Wisdom of our Buddha Nature retreat in December 2025. These Sustainable Compassion Training meditations are inspired by the teachings of Lama John Makransky and adapted from Tibetan Buddhist traditions (especially Dzogchen and Mahāmudrā).
