Hello.

Thank you for joining me today.

I invite you to find a place that is quiet,

Where you can allow yourself to relax,

Get comfortable in any position.

And just begin by observing your breathing and feeling a connection with your breath.

Close your eyes if you'd like.

Now let's take a few easy cleansing breaths.

Inhale slowly and fully.

And exhale completely with a nice deep sigh.

And again,

Inhale slowly.

And exhale with a long deep sigh.

And now just breathe in whatever way feels natural and unforced.

Your body will find the rhythm that is best suited for you.

Take a moment to notice the sounds in your space.

Hear them without labeling them.

And then let them fall away.

And now give some attention to your body and how it is feeling.

Notice any sensations,

Whatever they may be and wherever they may be,

Whether stiffness or pain or tightness,

Whatever it is.

Spend a few extra moments there and send love and appreciation to that area.

If everything is feeling calm and wonderful,

Send love and appreciation for that.

Now imagine you are outside lying in your favorite place,

Perhaps in the woods or in the grass,

Perhaps on top of a mountain or on a porch swing.

You are outside where Mother Nature is cradling you in her nurturing,

Loving and accepting arms.

The air is fresh and invigorating.

The birds are singing their joyful melodies.

Maybe there is a slight breeze.

The temperature is mild and the scent in the air is fragrant and sweet.

The trees and flowers are beginning to blossom.

There is a strong feeling of renewal and growth all around.

Spring is a time for revitalization and rejuvenation,

For growth.

Time to shed the dark,

Dormant energy that has lingered for the past few months.

Let us adopt this sense of renewal and easy energy and allow it to sweetly carry us through the spring season with lightness,

Grace and joy and appreciation.

Now just slowly and at your own pace bring your awareness back to your body and to your space.

Take a nice and deep inhale and exhale.

And wiggle and stretch a bit and open your eyes.

Namaste.

Namaste.
