Find a comfortable position in which to meditate.
Focus on your breath,
Breathing deeply and slowly.
Take the breath in as far as you can.
Feel your stomach and your chest expand.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out all the stress and tension.
As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Just take your focus and attention down to the feet.
Tense all the muscles in the feet and relax.
Now move your focus and attention up through the ankles into the lower legs.
Tense all of those muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up through the knees into the upper legs.
Tense all of those muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up through the hips and the pelvis into the lower abdomen.
Tense all of those muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up into the upper abdomen.
Tense all of your muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up into the chest.
Tense all of the chest muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention through to the back.
Tense all of the back muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up into the shoulders.
Tense all of the shoulder muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention down into the arms.
Tense all of the arm muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention down through the wrists and into the hands.
Tense all the muscles,
The thumbs and the fingers and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up into the neck.
Tense all of the neck muscles and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up into the face and all the tiny facial muscles.
Tense and relax.
Now take your focus and attention up into the scalp.
Tense and relax.
Now every muscle group in your body at the same time.
Tense and relax.
And again,
Every muscle group in your body at the same time.
Tense and relax.
And once more,
Every muscle group in your body at the same time.
Tense and relax.
Now just move your focus and attention back to the breath.
Breathing deeply and slowly.
I want you now to visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that in front of you stands a giant hourglass.
This hourglass,
Instead of being filled with sand,
Is empty and ready to receive all that no longer serves you.
Bring awareness now to any worries you have and one by one visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that each of these worries are being placed in the upper chamber of the giant hourglass.
Bring awareness now to any fears you have and one by one visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that each of them are being placed in the upper chamber of the giant hourglass.
Bring awareness now to any doubts you have and one by one visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that each of them are being placed in the upper chamber of the giant hourglass.
Bring awareness now to any past hurts or traumas you have and one by one visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that each of them are being placed in the upper chamber of the giant hourglass.
When the chamber is full,
Visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that some of the things are seeping through to the bottom chamber.
Some will travel fast whilst others will travel slow.
Do not try to rush things to seep through.
All will happen in universal time.
Once all of the things have seeped through to the bottom chamber,
They magically disappear.
This giant hourglass standing in front of you is now empty again and ready to be filled with your dreams,
Hopes,
Goals and aspirations.
Bring awareness now to any dreams,
Hopes,
Goals and aspirations you have and one by one visualize,
Visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that each of them are being placed in the upper chamber of the giant hourglass.
When the chamber is full,
Visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Sense or know that some of the things are seeping through to the bottom chamber.
Some will travel fast whilst others will travel slow.
Do not try to rush things to seep through.
All will happen in universal time when the bottom chamber of your giant hourglass is full and the top chamber is empty.
I would like you to move your focus and attention to your heart space in the center of your chest.
If you wish you can place your hands on your heart as you connect with your heart and you view all the things in front of you held within this giant hourglass that you wish to invite and welcome into your life.
I want you to repeat silently in your mind or by speaking softly out loud.
I am worthy.
I am ready to receive.
And again repeat.
I am worthy.
I am ready to receive.
And once more repeat.
I am worthy.
I am ready to receive.
As you continue to connect with your heart know that the universe has heard your request.
As you move your focus and attention now away from your heart space and back to that giant hourglass standing in front of you,
You see that it is empty once more.
Ready to receive new requests,
New invites.
Now just take a few moments to experience gratitude.
Gratitude for the giant hourglass.
Gratitude for the universe for hearing your requests as you focus on that gratitude.
Allow it to fill your whole body,
Every organ,
Every gland and every cell.
And now that your whole body is filled with gratitude I would like you to speak silently in your mind or softly out loud this affirmation.

Take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth and slowly start to bring your awareness back into your physical body.
