Explore MeditationJohn is a mindfulness guide and psychedelic facilitator. In the wake of his first psychedelic experiences, he discovered meditation as a method for changing awareness. In 2012, he took classes under two teachers in China and began to practice every day. He found it to be an incredibly beneficial practice and in 2013, went on his first silent retreat. Since then he has continued to learn and share, most recently starting a weekly meetup in Berlin, and completed a course as a mindfulness coach.
