Take a comfortable seat and when you're ready close your eyes and you can place your hands wherever it's comfortable for you in your lap or on your knees and then take a deep breath in and breathe out and another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and when you exhale let everything go,
Everything that doesn't serve you.
And once more take a deep breath in,
Breathe in peace and breathe out any worries,
Any doubts,
Any pain,
Any anxiety,
Any stress,
Everything that you don't need.
For the next few moments when you're breathing imagine you're breathing in pure white light.
This pure white light gives you a lot of peace,
Gives you a lot of love and it brings you to this present moment.
And when you breathe out imagine you're breathing out stress,
Worries,
Doubts,
Any pain,
Anxiety,
Negative thoughts,
Whatever doesn't serve you,
Breathe it out and imagine it is a dark grey or black fume that comes out through the air and dissolves.
And the more you breathe in the more you feel calm and peaceful.
I will be reading some positive affirmations for you now and the more emotion and passion you bring into the sayings of these beautiful affirmations the more powerful effects they will have on you and on your life.

Ask your heart what is it that I need today?
What can I do today that will make me feel good,
That will make your heart feel happy?
And wait,
If an answer comes.
If there is no answer coming today,
Give it time,
Be patient and loving and kind with yourself and with your heart.
The voice of the heart is always so low that it's very difficult to hear it,
But the more you connect with your heart the more you will be able to hear the voice.
And as you're connected with your heart I'd like you to feel the love in your heart,
Feel all the compassion in your heart,
Even if there is only a very little bit,
Feel it.
And if it helps you,
You can imagine a person that you love,
Someone that is very important to you,
You can imagine a person standing in front of you and you're telling the person how much you love him or her.
And imagine hugging the person,
Maybe now you can feel in your heart the love and the compassion a little bit stronger.
And let this love and this compassion grow a little bit stronger,
Stronger,
With every single breath a little bit stronger and stronger and stronger.
So now imagine you're stepping out of your body,
Your soul is stepping out and you're looking at yourself from the outside.
See yourself,
How you're sitting there meditating,
Very quiet and peaceful.
Look at the person who you are,
Look how you look like,
You might still look a bit tired.
Look at the person who carries so much love in their heart,
Who always does so much for others,
Who is trying to create a successful and happy life for yourself and for others.
Look at yourself who is always trying the best,
But as well the person who may have a few little faults,
Few imperfections,
Some fears and sometimes who experiences some anger and sadness.
See yourself the way you are with all your strengths and positives and a few little faults.
Unless if you look at yourself,
Feel the love that you just felt in your heart,
The love and the compassion and activate it right now while looking at yourself with the most kind and loving and compassionate eyes.
And come a little bit closer and just stand just in front of you and tell yourself now that you are the person who is the most kind and loving and compassionate person.
Just stand just in front of you and tell yourself now I am so proud of you.
You are amazing and I know you're trying your best and for that I love you,
I have a lot of respect for you.
And I know that sometimes I'm not very kind with you,
I'm impatient,
I might criticise you,
I'm very demanding,
But I promise you from today I will do my best to be as kind and loving and patient with myself as I only can be.
And if you feel you want to give yourself the most loving and compassionate hug you have ever given anyone,
Then do it now.
Hug yourself and feel the love.
Feel the love in your heart and all of your body,
In every single cell,

And now it's time slowly to return back to your body,
Give yourself one last smile and promise to return next time again just to look at yourself and to tell yourself how much you love yourself.
And then place your hands in front of your heart and be grateful,
You're really grateful and proud of yourself for taking the time to meditate,
For taking the time to love yourself,
To give yourself some attention and recognise yourself that whatever you're doing right now this is only for your good and the more you start loving yourself the more you start loving others,
It all starts with you.
And feel the love to yourself once more activated and take it with you throughout the day and every single day to come.
And then put an attention on for today,
How do you want to feel,
How do you want to go through the day,
What would you like to give to this world?
When you set the intention take one last deep breath in and out and when you're ready open your eyes.
