This is Jordana,

And I'm bringing you one minute of mindfulness for a more peaceful and present day.

So let's get started.

Sit tall and lengthen through your spine.

Relax your shoulders and take a deep breath.

Today gets to be an awesome day.

And the way that we set our day up for awesome is we're mindful about it.

What would make today an awesome day?

Answer that question for yourself.

What would make today awesome?

As you breathe in,

I'd like you to see that awesome thing happening.

And as you breathe out,

Go ahead and smile,

Knowing that you've set the intention for the most awesome day today.

OMG I did this meditation yesterday and went to buy some groceries in a local organic shop, and everything I needed was literally on sale haha! This never happened to me like and I thought what an awesome day :)
