In this guided meditation, you'll be led to connect to each of your senses in a profound way. First you'll tune into what you notice on the surface level and then you'll explore what additional insights are present more deeply. I recommend having a paper and pen nearby to journal any insights you may discover. Return to this practice daily to access the inner wisdom that you love and seek.

Hello and welcome to your guided meditation on connecting to your intuition through your senses.

Whenever you're ready,

Find a comfortable position lying down or seated.

Begin to notice your physical body,

Tuning in to any places of discomfort.

And see if you can release those with your attention or a deeper breath.

Inhaling slowly and deeply and exhaling slowly and deeply.

Allow any stress,

Anxiety or fear to release with every exhale.

And feel a bit more energized with every inhale.

You can inhale to the count of 4 or 5 and exhale to the count of 4 or 5.

And then tune in to your sense of hearing.

Notice what sounds you hear.

Sounds in the foreground,

Sounds in the background and sounds even further away.

Tune in to those now.

And then see if there are any additional voices or messages that you can hear beyond this surface sense of hearing.

Any wisdom that's being shared with you.

Take note of that now.

Then thank your sense of hearing.

And tune in to your sense of smell.

Notice any smells that might be with you.

Can you sense anything in your environment?

And then go a bit deeper here.

Tune in to any other scents.

It might be a fragrance or perfume.

It might be a cigar or a candle.

Just notice anything that might not be here on the surface level.

Taking note of all that you're experiencing.

And then thank your sense of smell.

And tune in to your sense of taste.

Simply notice how your taste buds are doing.

How would you describe the taste in your mouth currently?

Is there residue from you brushing teeth or having your morning coffee?

Maybe you've had lunch or dinner or a snack.

Just notice what's here.

What you can pick up on through your sense of taste.

And then go a little bit deeper.

Noting anything that might be evoking a memory or a deeper inner wisdom through your sense of taste.

You might reconnect to favorite foods or favorite moments,

Trying new things.

Just notice what's coming here with an open mind and heart.

Offer gratitude for the sense of taste.

And bring your attention into your inner knowing.

The sense of clear cognizance.

What do you know to be true right now for yourself,

For your life,

For this moment?

These messages may come to you in a variety of ways.

Just trust whatever you're receiving.

And then see if you can go a bit deeper with them.

What else would your inner wisdom like to convey?

What else do you know to be true about you and your life right now?

Then thank yourself for the wisdom of this knowledge.

And move into your sensing body.

The part of you that can clearly feel.

Tune into everything that you feel right now to be true.

Feelings,

Sensations,

Insights,

Meanings,

Anything that's here.

Imagine collecting all of the wisdom through your feeling body.

And take another deep breath here.

And see if you can receive a bit more through this inner feeling.

What's being revealed to you right now?

Just focus on what is rather than what the meaning of it might be.

Thank your sense of feeling.

And tune now into your inner vision,

Your third eye.

What can you see for your life right now?

What images are here for you?

And then notice if there's any image or wisdom that comes through this vision for your future.

Then thank this inner vision.

And just allow all of your senses to be open and awake.

As you tune into each of them one last time to see if there are any additional messages for you today.

Tuning into your vision.

Tuning into your hearing.

Tuning into your smelling.

Tuning into your tasting.

Tuning into your feeling.

And tuning in to your knowing.

And allow all of this wisdom to wash over you.

And we'll seal this practice today by placing our hands over our hearts.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And repeat after me.

Inner knowing I thank you.

Inner knowing I love you.

Inner knowing I trust you.
