As a Light Goddess we remember that we are encoded for this particular life journey. We drop into a family line so that we can bring clearing and cleansing into the spaces of devastation. We are encoded with the gifts to do this and having a similar life experience is the opportunity to feel the vibration of that cord of pain - so that - if we can feel it, we can heal it. This body and interface between the awareness of the life reality and the light awareness.

Alright sweetheart, We're going to drop into this deeper space now. And as we do, We take a deep breath into this being. Long slow out breath. Relax into this moment. Thank your being for being such an amazing connector. See yourself standing on the timeline of your family. And thank your mind and body and all your skills, Your beauty and your creativity for holding you in this life in your unique, Delightful, Authentic way. And see that as you now. This one who chose to step into a family line, To bring profound healing into it, To stay just outside of the drama and the karma. Enough to know it and feel it and connect to it so that you could heal it. But at the same time, Being able to witness yourself inside of it and to have the clarity and the vision that something must shift. And as we come into that awareness, We ask that the shift comes in for our own life and our journey. And through our own journey, That it opens up like a ripple in a pond. And this energy, This new frequency becomes available to all those with whom we've been connected through all time, All fields, All dimensions. And all those with whom we travel now, That we keep opening it into the collective energy field, Knowing that we are brother and sister of one another. And the pains that we are feeling are unique in the experience, But not unique in the energy. The pain that I know and understand in this human journey is known. And I ask that I can hold that now, That I can step out of my own human story for a little while. And that I can bring a gift into my being, Visualizing this like one beautiful drop of light. And imagine a drop falling down through space and time, Becoming more perfectly rounded as gravity connects to it on all levels. And that perfect drop drops into a body of water, Creates a little impact. And for a moment, A little film of energy around it prevents it from actually splashing into the water and becoming part of that body. It bounces back off. It takes flight once again. There is a moment there between it merging with the commitment to come and be part of this, To drop our awareness into this reality. But we don't quite make it in the first drop. There is a little bounce off. And in that moment, A slight elevation and then a dropping in and merging, Breaking the field of energy around us and then connecting in. This one perfect drop is your being, Your human being. You have all the gifts and all the codes to be here and to hold the space. And the dropping in is the agreement that we created long before we knew exactly what this journey would be about. And at the point of our agreement to come in and do this, We were divinely and uniquely encoded with the magnificence to be able to do this journey with such skill and grace and ease. We are encoded for this particular journey. Ask your beautiful mind, Body, Being that believes itself to be simply a human container. Now to open up your energy awareness of all of who you are. Imagine sunlight coming from your being, Your entire being, Enveloping you, Opening around you, And in the light field around you, All the codes, The awarenesses and the gifts, Here they are. And once we open ourselves and begin to remember, This becomes available to us now. We can tap into these endless resources of pure potential. See yourself opening your field as you rest here, Your body is breathing. The space is supporting you and holding you, Gravity is holding you perfectly. Your heart is beating and all your systems are functioning and there is nothing that you have to do right now. Nothing to maintain you. Just drop, Drop, Drop into this moment. Know that you are here at a pivotal time because you said you would come for this time. The great delight is that we get to observe the shift, The massive shift of our human consciousness. This pivotal time to be here. What a gift to be here for this. And what a gift to be fully awakened to who we are and at the same time honoring our human being that is giving us a reflection of life. So hold yourself here as your beautiful mortal being with the awareness of yourself as a being of light and feel now that the two fields connect. We find the wholeness, This being of life, This being of light. Merge them into one beautiful stream. I find the flow and I begin to move through my life with more ease, Flow and grace. Guided by the light that I am into the life that I hold, One stream. As you hold yourself here, Allow your being to rest deeply, To relax and to honor you. Bringing in this beautiful tone therapy into your center and into your heart. I begin to reconnect mind, Body and soul. Awaken my heart and the deepest memories and the codes that are all around me and held within me that are perceived through me as I connect with life. I see this body as a glorious interface between a life reality and light awareness. And I thank my mortal form for being able to hold the space in that way. For all my senses, All my abilities, Skills, Creativity. That through these I am able to understand. I am able to interpret and I am able to heal. Now activating your beautiful energy lines, Visualize the flow of light. See it moving through your mind and your body like a river of consciousness, Clarity, Cleansing and healing. And as it flows, Awakening. See the light that is you beginning to glow around you now. And the brighter your light is, The easier it is for our divine guides, Angels, To come a little closer. Welcome your guides a little closer. Feel the support. We have never been alone. Remind your being that you are to call upon your guides in every moment, Every breath, Every step, Every beat of your heart. You are not supposed to try and work it out on your own. There is too much that we don't know yet. Feel the activation coming in now that is giving you heightened perception, Heightened awareness. Let your beautiful body receive these gifts. A beautiful goddess of light and love receive these gifts so that your work can be impeccable. We are here in a form for the transformation. It is through being in a form that we can bring in the activation. And because we are in a form, We can be convinced as we see the shifts and the supports and helps us in every possible way to help us to remember who we are. We are divine beings of light and love. And we are here at a pivotal time in our human journey. I switch on all my codes, All my awarenesses. This professionals bike. You you you you you you you you This life holds me and supports me in the most amazing way. I I find myself in flow, Ease and grace. I am following guidance. It is easy for me to receive. I bring my state of awareness, Opening up to abundance, Potential. Holding this beautiful mind, This body and this being in this life with intense love, Dedication and kindness. I bring towards me delightful, Ethical, Kind, Generous, Loving, Supportive, Authentic beings with whom I am able to share my life. To expand the consciousness of who I am and to step fully into who I am as a divine being of light and love, Doing a journey of grace. Let this energy pour around you now. With all my heart and all my soul, I hold the space now. I am here to be. I am here to be. I am here to be. I am here to be. I am here to be. I am here to be. I am here to be. I am here to be. One perfect drop that drops into the body of all that is, I hold the essence of all that is within me. And I allow myself to emerge as my own unique being and then to merge into all that is. And the absolute comfort and love, That known space. Let the energy open around you now. See your beautiful field glowing vibrant energy. And send a loving message to every cell, Bone, Nerve, Tissue, Fibre of your being, Every atom, Every mitochondria. We allow ourselves to come gently back into this time and this place, Into this body. Feeling the connection with the divine heart, This frequency of pure love. And we allow our own body to feel immersed, Immersed in this. Drenched in this beautiful energy of love, Unconditional love. Beautiful you. Hold yourself in this space now, Gently bring your awareness back to your body, Your being. To a place that is holding you to the light, The sounds. And reconnect the time of day, The season, The year, Hear your name. We take a gentle breath into this body, Opening up the ribs, Lungs. Long out breath. Activating the flow of oxytocin now with the deep R sound and the release. Take a breath in. Two more deep breath in. Beautiful, One more. Breathe through beautiful you. Now let's activate the hands and seal up this energy that you're holding. Free your hands and flick them a little bit. Shake them. And then bring the middle finger of your left hand, Tuck it into your belly button. And the middle finger of your right, Pop it onto your third eye. This is the lovely work of Donna Eden. When you hold these two points, You are connecting to your central meridian. And this is aligning you and keeping you right in your center. Hold yourself stable in a strong here. And then pull both of these points up a little bit. Feel as if you were activating and now zipping yourself up in your own sacred chrysalis part of light and love. Visualize that all around you. See yourself anchored and strong and held upon this earth, Loved, Supported with a huge light that is pouring in from the crown down, Bathing the body. And then if it's comfortable for you, Take a breath in and pull your arms above your head. Open your ribs, Your lungs stretch, Stretch as much as it's comfortable. Up, Reach and then in the after breath, Pull your wings to your side. Your left and your right. Stretch out your fingers, Your fingers and go all the way. Make a circle by stretching your arms until your palms touch once again at the base. Beautiful you. Complete the circle here in your part. Keep your hands connected, Bend your elbows and bring your energy to your heart with a circuit of the masculine and the feminine. And you in the very center and connected and aligned. Whenever you want to rekindle this beautiful energy that's holding you now, Do it either with thought or physically. Just connect into those two points in the belly button and the third eye.
