I love me my treasure.
So here we are in the sacred space.
Together we're gonna take a deep breath in and long slow out breath.
We'll just feel as if we can surrender into this moment.
The breath comes into this beautiful being.
We're welcoming in to our being,
To the space.
The highest vibration of light and love that we can hold at this time.
And we imagine that at every moment we are moving and shifting.
So we always ask at this time.
So that we can be adjusting as the energy fields are coming in.
That we can assimilate into them and integrate them into our being.
So that we can stay at pace with this incredible energy shift.
The most wonderful way to do that is to come into these moments where we allow ourselves to stop and surrender into the arms of gravity and love and light.
And we see that as now.
Breathing into this beautiful being,
Welcoming in life force energy,
Opening the belly,
The chest,
The throat to make space to receive.
Bring it to fullness and breathe it all the way out.
Focus for a little while on this breath of life.
With every out breath focus on release.
Let go and eliminate all that which no longer serves me.
Creating an agreement,
A contract now for how this session is to go.
That we are here in this time and we are ready for this shift.
We have been moving towards it,
Our entire life and all journeys.
And now we are standing at this pivotal point.
We're opening our heart and our soul to be as present as we possibly can now.
In doing that we are willing and so delighted to be able to release and let go of all the static,
All the clutter,
All the stories,
The history,
The pain and the accumulation of data and content through all time.
We make an agreement right now that we can release this in our own mind and body for this journey.
And in that agreement we connect to an agreement for all life,
For all journeys,
For all time,
Fields and all dimensions.
Whatever it is that I can open a doorway to release and healing,
Clearing,
May that be the doorway that brings more light into all embedded codes and painful distortions through all time.
Place that in your heart now and just feel the impact of it there.
The heart is longing for this.
And we open our heart,
We feel this breath of life,
We open the heart to the embrace of love.
Bring a memory to your heart when your heart felt so filled with love,
The subtle moments,
Those little moments that are so tender and so sweet.
Sometimes it's in nature,
Sometimes it's with a being.
And bring the memory of that to you right now when you feel your heart open.
And as you feel it open,
Watch it in your mind's eye like a ripple opening in a pond,
Becoming wider and wider.
I begin to see this energy opening around me,
Expanding.
Feel that moment as if you are in it right now.
Imagine it as if it is in this moment.
This is an incredible way to ignite our imaginal cells.
It's the imaginal cells that helps that caterpillar to transform to that butterfly.
We are helping our imaginal cells to awaken the deepest coding.
We are here on purpose and on time and we are opening every cell in our being.
Just feel that now,
My treasure.
The whole body ignites into this beautiful,
Beautiful,
Tingling energy.
Transmit it around you,
Create an orb that is filled with this light energy.
And into that,
We now ask our guides,
Angels,
Divine presence,
And the highest vibration of light and love to come close to us right now and to gently guide us along a path that will serve us so beautifully as we are moving forward in this life journey.
The moment we create this open space,
We uplift the vibrational field,
We're connected to all that is.
So now we are in the space of miracles.
Ask your being,
What is the miracle that could be welcomed into this mind,
This body,
And this being that could be an unfolding of a miracle for all life?
What do I hold as an embedded code that has created this separation,
This desperation?
What do I know?
And allow yourself to drop right into that space,
That moment of awareness.
Feel that longing,
That deep yearning.
Feel this as the code of the heart,
The heart knows.
So grateful that we are remembering how to do this.
Now acknowledge your light being,
A traveler through all time,
Here at this time.
Acknowledge all your journeys.
Acknowledge your strength,
Your courage,
Your determination.
And the gifts that you hold within you,
The many gifts that have not yet even awakened.
Imagine that you can see the brilliance of all the potential that you are in your mind's eye.
How do you look here?
So radiant,
So beautiful,
So clear.
And then enter that energy deep within yourself.
The energy deep within your soul,
You hear I am.
And the reverberation of the mm connects with every cell,
Bone,
Nerve,
Tissue,
Fiber,
Every telomere,
Every mitochondria,
Every atom of your being.

In this form,
So that we can transform.
In this form,
To bring a gift in.
To bring a gift in.
To this dimension.
Holding the image of your radiant light being,
And the image of your beautiful human being.
Feel now that you can integrate them.
Two streams of consciousness coming into one.
A being of life,
A being of light.
And we focus on the two frequencies.
The light merges with this life.
We merge them and integrate the energy flow.
And now feel held and loved.
Adored and honored.
We open the heart.
We feel this vibration.
And we know this as home.
Allow yourself deep within your being to know that you are at home.
And deep within this being,
There is comfort and kindness and compassion.
It is what we have known,
And what we are calling for in this life with all our heart and all our soul.
We are trying to take ourselves back home.
And we are trying to awaken these codes into this dimension that has become so stuck.
The more we yearn and long for this energy of home,
The more we are awakening those codes so that we can awaken as a species.
Just let yourself be there.
Trust.
That yearning,
That longing.
It is absolutely on time.
It is just a mechanism to remind us.
Not to feel desperate,
Not to feel sad.
Just to know the longing.
There is nothing we have to do to be better to be in it.
We are it already.
We are the very breath of the divine.
There is no game,
No learning,
No persuasion.
There is no pursuing and doing that we have to accomplish to be known we are that already.
We shift our awareness from our human doing and pursuing into the awareness that our light being is holding.
We came in fully encoded to bring a gift into this dimension.
Now that is settled deep within your core.
No more searching,
No more seeking,
No more longing.
A deep affirmation right through the center,
Through the core.
I am like a lighthouse.
I hold the energy and the light transmits through me and I simply stand and hold gracious space.
Just being here is enough,
More than enough.
My willingness to be here completely aware and connected is our extra bonus,
Our gift of awareness.
Be here,
Be clear.
Bring your focus to this beautiful human body.
There is so much that we have known and understood through our form.
So much that we have accumulated.
Let's ask this human form now to rest deeply into the space.
Become aware that your heart is beating and there is nothing you have to do there.
Your body is being breathed.
There is nothing you have to do here.
Gravity is holding you.
Surrender into the arms of gravity.
Become aware of your center.
Bring your full awareness to that point.
From our center we know ourselves in all directions.
What is in front,
Behind,
Left and right,
Up and down.
Bring your focus to your center so that you can open up your 360 degrees of pure potential.
My awareness resides in my center.
My air,
My heart holding me just above and the earth holding me below.
And I give myself permission now for this beautiful being to let go of all impact,
Known,
Perceived and experienced through all time.
I release,
Let go and eliminate every static impulse.
I do it for me,
But I do it for the greater good.
For all beings who have known these extreme distortions.
For all the horror that we've encountered.
All the misery and pain that we have created.
I ask now that I can release,
Let go and eliminate through me mindfully,
Consciously.
In the highest regard for all life,
For every girl,
Child and every woman.
For every boy,
Child and every man.
For all life,
For all creatures.
For this beautiful earth.
Whatever impact points I have known in my life,
I thank this body for knowing it.
Because I can feel it and that connects me to the greater good.
I can feel it and that connects me energetically so that I can heal it.
If I can feel it,
I can heal it.
We gently connect to the time of the day,
The season,
The year,
The temperature.
This beautiful body.
We send so much love to our own human form.
So much love to all those with whom we are doing this journey.
We know that we are on time and at the right time.
Everything is unfolding according to the divine design.
And all we're being asked to do now is simply be here.
And hold gracious space.
And imagine that we are that gracious space already.
There's nothing to do.
No performance required.
To the very depth of our being,
To come into harmony with this mind,
Body,
And being,
This earth,
With all life,
With the divine design and the grace of all that is.
We are finally in our home space.
So grateful that we can just be here now.
And simply be in the journey.
No doing and pursuing required.
No more stories.
Just be here and hold gracious space.
