Let's drop into the sweet space.

We're going to connect into the energy of the heart and just ask this divine heart of ours now to hold us in a different way.

As we reconnect at the heart energy,

We start to ask that we can tune into what it is that our heart is longing for.

And we give ourselves permission to be in that space of longing.

Just for the next few minutes,

See what your heart begins to call in.

What are we longing for?

It can be for you,

For anyone around you,

For our environment and for the earth.

And start to listen to what this heart is calling.

And as we feel the heart energy beginning to open,

Imagine that you're opening a field around you that is becoming sensitive to that awareness,

That signal.

As if you have got these fine-tuned senses that are now moving all around you,

Receptors that can receive so much information.

And see these receptors opening a little further and wider.

And that we can pick up nuances,

Subtle cues when the field becomes a little distorted.

That we start to sense and receive that information while we are standing in this space where we are safe,

Held and loved.

Remind your body that in this moment you're safe,

Well and loved.

Drop your energy into this moment.

Breathe deeply into your beautiful being and relax here.

Trust your heart,

Your divine heart,

To lead and guide you to the place that is filled with light and love,

Compassion,

Kindness,

Connection.

Trust your heart to know that and seek that.

And then think about the heart,

That we can trust the heart to know that because it does seek that.

In all the disparity and the duality that we are experiencing,

The heart is always seeking this harmony,

Kindness and flow.

There is a part of us that is already doing this.

And while we are still and standing here in the space,

We are listening to our heart.

And everything that the heart is calling for us to connect to,

We are willing to just be in that connection as a feeling.

And then as you stand within it,

Feel as if you can anchor that feeling into the earth.

See yourself standing,

Strong,

A pillar of light,

A conduit.

See your heart open and connecting.

Beautiful receptors,

Energy tentacles opening up all the way around you,

Receiving information and bringing it back to you to interpret as a human being,

Through the lens of this human being.

But these feelings that are out there,

Know that you are connecting into the messages of the divine that are being broadcast towards us.

And that we as this beautiful human being have the capacity to receive those messages.

And if we stand still for a little while,

We can tune ourselves as an instrument into this ability to receive.

Fine tune the instrument that we are as a human being.

What is this being receiving now?

What is it learning,

Understanding and yearning for?

Feel as if your beautiful tentacles,

Receptors of awareness can capture that feeling that is a subtle nuance that is not attached to anyone or anything when you program.

It's just an awareness.

It's an energy field.

And that you can connect into it and then draw it back towards this beautiful human being,

Through the heart,

Down through the soles of the feet and stand in that energy that you've captured.

That your heart is seeking and bringing back into you as this beautiful human being.

Choose it energetically.

I stand here,

Plugging my awareness into the subtle realms of divine light energy.

I see myself as a conduit,

A portal through which I can receive and then re-imprint into this earth as a vibration.

Like a drum sounding,

I send that frequency into the earth through the soles of my feet.

Imagine that that beat,

Like a heartbeat,

A drumbeat,

Can be felt by all those who are standing here upon this earth in a mortal form.

And suddenly something reminds them,

Switches on their soul,

Through the soles of their feet awakens their soul and we remember who we are.

We are divine beings of light and love.

We begin to capture the divine code.

It is here and it has always been here.

Bring it into the base of your body,

Drawing it up from the earth that is sharing this resonance.

We imagine that we can turn a dial and let more of this light energy come in.

Loving this gracious human being that is willing to feel all the content of this life journey and deeply honoring that part of me that is aware of light and is light.

Draw your divine light now into the crown right down to the central meridian.

This beautiful human being receives this like a shower of light pouring in.

The very breath the divine flows through me.

The space where I claim and allow and give to me,

I see myself giving so graciously,

Lovingly and abundantly to this human that is carrying me through this life.

The awareness that are coming in because of this human.

We imagine we have this deep compassion and kindness towards that part of us that is giving us a view,

An interface from our higher self and all that is.

From the unique perspective that we are,

Claim and hold your sovereignty,

Your world view,

Your inner view and the divine wisdom within.

See this opening at the throat as an opening of energy,

The energy of giving and receiving,

Abundance and flow,

Wellness,

Lightness and laughter,

Kindness and love,

Compassion and integrity.

What would we choose?

What would we hold because of everything that we have seen and known before and all we are being asked to do is to bring that awareness into this receptacle so that it can receive more of that,

Draw it towards itself.

One healthy cell in the body of all that is begins to recreate beautiful you.

The divine light pulls in,

Awakening my heightened awareness,

Intuition,

Insight,

Opening up all the clears that I can see and know and understand in a whole and a new way.

And we begin to transmit this beautiful energy to those who are part of our world,

Our journey,

Our family and friends and our community into the water and the earth and the plants and the air into all that is.

This life holds me and supports me.

We send immense love to this world,

This journey.

The deepest gratitude to this mind,

Body and being.

And gently allow yourself to bring your breath into your being,

Opening up the flow of oxytocin with a deep ah when we breathe out.

The season,

The year,

The temperature,

The space that you're in right now.

We send a loving thought of gratitude to our guides and divine presence for holding us so gently.

We send beams of love to all those of our family.

May the light and the protective field around them be glowing.

And when we're ready,

We can come back gently into this time and this moment.

We want to activate the central meridian and help us to come back fully and clearly at any moment when you want to come back to this reset point that you have created now.

We can ask our mind and body to encode this and imprint it into our being.

And the signal that we can use is to connect through the central meridian.

So if you'll free your hands now and shake your hands a little bit,

Flick your fingers,

Draw the energy to the tips of your fingers and take the middle finger,

The left hand and put it into your belly button and the middle finger of the right hand onto your third eye.

As you connect into these two pressure points,

Imagine that you're setting in little buttons that you are connecting into this beautiful aligned flowing energy.

Whenever you want to find yourself back here,

Just see yourself stopping,

Connect to the earth and the divine light pouring in from the crown and then hold these two points either in your thoughts or physically and then pull them both up simultaneously and feel as if you're activating them fully now,

Pulling them up,

Strengthening them and then see yourself in your beautiful own chrysalis of light and love.

Take a deep breath in if you can,

Raise your arms above your head,

Open your ribs and lungs and stretch,

Breathing deeply and then as you breathe out,

Pull your wings to the side,

Your left and the right,

Stretch out your feathers,

Your fingers and encapsulate yourself in a circle as you keep going around until your palms touch the base of the body.

Seal up your own part of light energy and bend your elbows,

Keep the connection at your hands and draw your hands to your heart.

Feel the energy circuit that you're now flowing from the left and the right,

Right through your body up,

Down and around.

See this as your electromagnetic field.
