As we connect and as we undo the story today we've been talking about confusion. It's one of the trauma signals and it's the next cluster of the energies that we're looking at. We are going step by step through all the chakras and the meridians. Confusion one sits in the lung colon meridians. So if you know that you've got any kind of breathlessness or this weightiness around your chest or your lungs, That sense of not being able to know or stabilize that vulnerability, Confused, Overwhelmed, Ooh can I manage, Can I breathe, Is this life going to hold me kind of energy. So really think about how that would be if we opened up and all of us beautiful humans started to breathe with more ease and expanded ourselves our awareness through our breath. We started to really feel this beautiful expansive glorious energy coming into us. We start expressing ourselves in that way. That expression starts creating more expansive, Open, Clear, Honest connections with each other. Wouldn't that be something? Let's imagine it with our imaginal cells and create it. What do you know about this energy of confusion? How do you manage it or know it or recognize it? What is your sense within that? It feels like a whirlwind or in a spin. There's just nothing that you can actually hook onto because there's just too much uncertainty, Too much that is confusing and not enough stability. We feel that sort of gaspy breathlessness because it's that lack of being able to stabilize and ground. It feels like a fear response. Let's take a deep breath. Let's call in our guides, Angels, Divine presence and let's unwrap this because it's time for it to be released. Take a deep breath in, Long slow out breath as you drop, Drop, Drop into this moment. If you can just close your eyes for a moment, Feel the connection of where you are. Allow yourself to be sitting comfortably and well connected to where you are right now. As you relax and soften your tummy, Right now you are sending a signal to your being that I am okay. Make yourself okay just there where you are. We know that all the world and all the stuff and the things that are outside of the moment that you're in right now can be very confusing, Discombobulating, Overwhelming, Can cause a lot of panic and fear, Dread, Regret, Guilt, Shame, All those very low vibrations when we're not sure and we get that dithery that causes an instability. It pushes us out of our center. So reclaim your center in the simplest way. I keep saying to you do this 300 times a day so that we start to retrain our own being from the very core of our awareness. So you take a breath in, Drop that energy all the way through you, Soften your tummy, Smooth the skin in your face, Drop your shoulders, Anchor the energy into the earth and feel yourself being held right here. There is no confusion, No doubt right now that you are in that space. Your heart is beating, Thank you God. Right now you're breathing, Thank you for that. Your whole being is present in a moment. These moments of reconnection are so important. I cannot tell you how important they are because they give us something to stand upon that is secure in a world that is truly crazy, In the whirlwind of all the stories that are carrying on right now and that is energy that is just radical energy that's just everywhere that's spiking and popping in all the ways that it can. Makes me think of fireworks, That kind of explosive energy that just shatters and illuminates in all different ways. That's energy, That explosion that extends it out into the space. We see it as all these beautiful colors in the dark sky but energy is just the same. So when we're holding that energy that is just spiking and exploding, Causing a great reaction, Something that is moving, Shifting, Doesn't feel very stable, Doesn't feel very secure. So now anchor, Breathe, Be here. And let's open our hearts to this being that you call me, The being that is me. Bring your awareness fully just to you. We are all bound by so many obligations and duties to do for everybody else. Now be kind to you. Hold the space just for you. And into this, When we open our hearts, Let's welcome our guides and angels, Divine presence, The highest vibration of light and love that we can hold at this time. And when you do that and you bring it in, Feel as if you have got the secret ingredients, A cloak of comfort, A loving embrace. Your guides are always there. The trouble is that we don't call upon them but they're always there longing for us to call upon them so that our pathways can become a little easier. But we've been told that we've got to manage on our own and cope on our own. Quite honestly, I don't know how any of us do any of this without our connection to guidance, To support and love and higher awareness that comes in as intuition. Then life does seem very confusing because we're trying to work it out according to our own very small little human picture and understanding. When we call on our guides, It's a much bigger awareness and we can call on them to help us. What is the step that will help me now so that I can open my energy towards that and may it be for the highest good of my life and all those with whom I am connected. When you place that as a prayer and intention into the space and you ask your guides to step in and help, It is such a loving gift. Not just for you, It'll be wonderful for you, But for the awareness of the calm and the peace, The tranquility, The openness and clarity that will come in for those around you. When one of us stabilizes in a family, Someone often takes that role, The one who makes the decisions, Stop all the dithering around, That one in taking that burden of responsibility, It can become a burden because they're hoping they make the right choice because everyone's going to be affected by it. Imagine though if we had a secret weapon and we knew that whatever we choose, Because we've laid it out in that way with our highest intention, Only that which is for most divine, Most sacred life journey do I welcome in and allow me to be guided in that stream so that whatever comes in, Even if it looks like it might not be so great, We know that we are fully equipped to be with what is. When we create that intention, That stabilizing center, Everything that moves from that is so much better. So let's talk about what makes us feel confused. Many levels, Many layers in it. It's the doubt, The self-doubt, The blaming, The shaming, The fear, The dread, The guilt, All those low vibrations sit in the places where we think, Oh and I don't know if I can make a decision. I don't know if I can call upon this. I don't know if this is something that I can connect to. So there's already this holding back of your magnificence because there's a doubt or trepidation within it. For us to move forward, Just like a river that has got blocked up with all this mud and sediment, We would have to clear away all the mud, All the sediment, Open a new channel, A greater pathway and the water can just surge through this bed and that, My lovely, The opening up of that space is us releasing ourselves from the doubt, The fears, The blame, The shame, The dread and the foreboding. If we can understand that those lower vibrations are low vibrations and they are connected to the story of having to survive. For those who stuck their heads up out of the great mess were probably the ones that lost their heads. For those who made a stand, They might have been the ones that were persecuted because they were seen. So we have an encoded fear within us that I didn't show up, I didn't express myself, It's better if I just go back into the background and I hold myself here. It's that dread and foreboding that connects to this confusion that we say I'm confused but truly if you were to sit with it and you asked yourself am I really confused or am I in a place of dread or foreboding apprehension for something, Is it that that is stopping me from moving forward? So many thoughts coming in at the same time, Oh my gosh, I need to just focus and keep us clear. So if you could imagine this, That you are holding this resistance, This trepidation, This little block, You are holding that, We can call it confusion, We can call it whatever we like but there is a block to the flow. If you could imagine that you, This beautiful being, Is encoded to be here, Which we truly are, Not one of us came in without the right coding for this particular journey. We were given all the gifts and more and more are available to us as we do our journey. We don't have to carry all the suitcases of a coding, They awaken and they are given presented to us at the moment that we need them the most. That's why you must call upon your guides. If we know we have the blueprint, We have the significance to do what is approaching our being, Our life or what we are moving towards, We have it already or it's already available to us, We just have to ask. It would be the feeling that if we were in a dark and tangled forest, We switched on a flashlight, That light illuminates in front of us. We stand here and we go, Oh I'll switch this light on, I'll look at the path and there we are, I can see where to go, It's not so scary, I'm going to miss that log and then I'm going to go under that little branch and then I've kind of worked it all out, That's how I'm going to do this pathway. We can stand there and go, Oh but I can't see beyond it, Oh I don't know, I don't know, Maybe not, Maybe I shouldn't go that way. So we say, Oh okay, Maybe I won't go that way, Then we turn a little bit to one of the sides and left to our right and we switch on the light again and now we can see the path, That path, Being illuminated and we can see all the ways that we can maneuver for as far as we can see as the light goes and we say, Oh but if the light stops at the end of that, I don't know, I better just turn the other way right around, Let me just light up that path and just see. The same thing happens but why, Why is it happening all the time when I can see part of the way but there is this block about going forward in it and just like us with a flashlight, If we take a step forward so the light goes forward, It's illuminating the pathway ahead of us. So if we take two steps, The light moves further into the field in the future, It's constantly illuminating our path and that's what life is like but we, My darling people, We stand here and we are the light, The truth, The way, We have all the guidance, All we have to do is switch it on, Ask for it, Illuminate the path and start the walk. While we're doing this walk, We can stop, Pause 300 times a day and ask our being, Am I still in alignment, Is this still what I'm choosing, Is this for my highest best and then start to look around, Start to become more aware. There is not just one pathway, There are so many ways that we can be in this world, So many options. It is our fear, Our trepidation that we are making the wrong decision that is keeping us from moving forward with the light, With the light that we are. We are illuminating our own path, We are divinely and uniquely encoded to illuminate our own path. We just want to walk within it, Be in the agreement of our being, Being here, Settle down and say I'm here, Yeah, No doubt, Here you are, You delightful human, You're here, My lovelies, Because you're here, There's a reason for you being here, Nobody's here just on a little day visit, Don't pay attention pass, You're all here on purpose, On a mission, Part of something that is truly phenomenal. So here we are, The journey that is illuminating because we are willing to participate it is the journey that is to unfold not just for ourself but for all the beings with whom we are connected. There is so much more to the story than we can ever begin to perceive from just this human reference point. Then we'll take this another step. Why would we have confusion other than what I said now? Why else would we have confusion? Why would we have to second guess ourselves? My lovelies, The only reason you are a little bit confused is because you know something else already. If you didn't already know the something else then any path would be fine. It's the choosing of the path that must be correct because we know something else. We feel a great urge to do the thing that we're supposed to do here, The divine life purpose, To succeed in it and to show up in the most incredible way because we already know that. We are already that. You are visitors to this earth. You agree to play in a 3D reality which is all about contrast, Which gives us the perfect opportunity to choose. 3D, The reality we're playing in right now is about choosing and when we're confused and we do not choose, It cannot be chosen. If we choose the lower vibration, The sadness, The depletion, The dread, The foreboding, The lack of courage, The vulnerability, The insecurities, If we choose to play in that, That is what we create. Of course you don't love that because you already know something else. Otherwise we would all just be here in the mud, Playing with mud, Being mad, Being muddy madness. We'd be perfectly happy with the way things are but we're not happy. That leads to confusion because we're saying how can I fix it? What can I do to make it better? Of course we know that there's something that we can do because we came in to do the something but we think it's a doing and a fixing and a coercing and what's it's a human story. It's not. It's got nothing to do with your human being here. It's holding an energy and activating it through this human. Putting on your light and doing your work. Just take your walk but put on your light. That's the activation. That's the spark, The firework. You activate you. You agree to be here and if you think you're confused, Think again. Deep within you there is a longing for something. That's why you are seeking it. We're not sure how to get it. We're not sure how to go there but our being knows and our higher self knows if we plug into that the light that is us already and the light that is being poured into us, The guidance that is available helps us to feel like we can switch on that light and we can take that path. Then let's go one more step. If you're standing here in this tangly crazy forest, Absolutely wretched, So tired of being snagged and pulled and falling into ditches and falling over rocks and you just stop and all of us just stop. Then we decide who we are. We remember who we are and we know that we are pushing and going and trying and fighting against all these things in such darkness because we cannot see the way but we keep pushing forward. We haven't just sat down and given up. We keep pushing forward hoping, It's one of my least favorite words, Hoping to find the way. Imagine if we could sit down and trust that we can find the way, Not hope, Hope there is so much despair really, There's lack of belief, That's why we're hoping, Just don't play in that one. Sit down, Be here, Trust, Remember who you are, Not an idle visitor upon this earth. Remember what code you have in your soul that is seeking something else. That is your light. You were given that light right at the very beginning. I am, We are the very breath of the divine. You are the truth, The light and the way. Even the least amongst you shall do as I have done. Beautiful, Conscious, Clear language of light. You hold the code, You hold the gift, You are the gift and you're here. You plug into divine, However you perceive that, It doesn't matter, That's just our human frame of reference, But you plug into the highest vibration and when you get up, You switch on your light because that light is you knowing what it is that you're moving yourself towards. It is your deepest longing, Your deepest desire. We cannot be confused if we are in the stream of highest light and absolute trust. We cannot be confused because it doesn't matter which way you go. If you got the light and you're standing here and you shine the light in front of you, You can go that way or you can turn around and shine the light that in that direction and guess what? You can go that way and then you can turn around a little bit more and shine the light in that direction and you can go that way. It doesn't matter which way you go. What matters is that you switch on your light and start to move within it in the absolute knowing and the deepest remembering of who you are, A divine being of light and love. That is you, You're being guided, You are the gift for here for a time that is so incredible. We start to release all the pain that we are creating in the idea that we're confused. We are not confused. We're not happy about the story that's happening here. We might think we're confused about that. No, No we're not. We know what it is and we will never do again and then we know what it is that will activate our energy towards. If you think things are confusing, Look at what's inside of that. If you think you're too scared to move, You just stop and reconnect and remember who you are. Calling your guides, Calling your angels, You have got it already. You are this already. Believe me, My treasures, You will see it all when you finish playing here and you go, Oh why didn't I remember? Remember now. There you go, My sweeties. Let's take a deep breath into this. Long, Slow out-breath. Settle down. Drop, Drop into this moment. Let this energy come through your being. Beautiful being of light and love. I'm so proud of you. So happy that we can connect and we can hold the space together. Know there is something that is truly incredible that's awakening and that's us. We are the awakening ones and we are waking up into a much higher vibration to create something quite incredible. Please remember who you are. Not one of us is a mistake, Not one of us. We are the very breath of the divine. Take care of you.
