
Dance Meditation To Release A Heavy Day

This is a dance-guided meditation that aims to help you release any heaviness, anxieties, or challenges that you may have faced during the day. During the meditation, you will be guided to dance, jump, and scream without any judgment. Make sure you have enough space to move around and shake your body out. Also, have a bottle of water nearby to keep you hydrated throughout the practice.

Hello to you,
My crazy beautiful soul,
And welcome to this 60 minutes dance practice.
I will guide you to release all the heaviness you accumulated today,
By dancing,
Screaming,
But most importantly,
Allowing yourself to be you.
We will work to gain that energy back.
Wherever you are,
Make sure to take these 60 minutes for yourself,
Prepare your dance sanctuary,
Light some candles,
And dress comfortably.
Make sure to have all the space you need to dance,

There is nothing wrong or right in this practice,
Just be you,
And most importantly,
Have water next to you.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes,
Feel your feet touching the ground,
And let's start to breathe.

Allowing yourself to be present,

Carried out of all the bad thoughts that are passing in your mind.
Place your hands to your heart,
Try to feel the heartbeat.
Just feel how it's beautiful sometimes to stop for a moment,
And realize we are so important to ourselves.

It was a challenging day,

Start putting your hands up in the sky,
Allow yourself to go left to right,
Just moving your body as you want to move.

This Dance meditation made my day bright sparkling again. I felt very stressed and my mind was so so busy. I tried to focus on my breath, but I got more stressed. So I found this meditation. At first a lit bit stiff, but with listening en moving on the rhythm I felt the stress dropping of like a coat. The breath became deeper and slower, my mind got more quiet. And sparks of joy came beaming in. I found myself smiling ššš„
