Close your eyes and feel your eyes sinking gently and deeply into their sockets.

And as you do that,

Feel the whole of your body sinking deep into the seat you are sitting on or the bed you are lying on.

Allow yourself to sink deeply into the depth of your own being.

Feel the space of deep silence where your soul rests,

Where everything is possible.

This space where there are no judgments,

No pain.

It's a space that is.

And a space that is full of energy.

The energy of the soul that you are.

Breathe.

Breathe into that space.

Breathe with your soul.

Breathe with the earth.

Breathe.

This can be a moment just of stillness.

Feeling how you are a soul inhabiting the body.

And when you shut down all that is not true,

All that is not your truth,

All that is outside of you.

You just are this immensity of a being with no boundaries,

This beautiful light.

You just are who you are.

Allow yourself to be even if you don't know what it is.

Just allow yourself to drop in that moment,

Here and now,

To sit still and be with yourself.

Breathe.

Breathe.

Breathe,

My dear.

You're breathing your own beauty in.

You're breathing your own intuition in.

You're breathing your life in this quiet space.

Where you don't even feel your body anymore.

You're just being.

Free.

Being free.

Pure light shining amongst all the other lights.

Beautiful colours.

A pure sense of joy,

Lightness.

Breathe.

Breathe and let go.

You are who you are.

It's all okay.

Everything is okay as it is now.

It's perfect.

You are perfect.

Breathe.

All is okay.

This is your journey.

All is okay.

Breathe and come back in your body now.

Feel the peace that is inhabiting you.

The peace of being.
