A new mode of being in business.
A new wave of growth and potential.
Means that everything will change.
What I am about to offer to you,

As we all begin to wake up,
Business is evolving,
Our world is evolving.
We are evolving.
As we look outwards,
You can see clearly that external factors,
Economic,
Environmental,
Social,
Cultural are beginning to change.
There is a desire within people to want to relate and to work very differently.
The evidence is already here.
The growing change in factors that we have little power over,
The external factors,
Perceived challenges and crises change the way we are on an inner level.
Our changing world,
A higher power of experiences will start to break the old ways down and we will all have to come into a way of being that we have long forgotten.
The external changes that we will see will impact on business and impact upon us personally as well,
Where the personal and the professional become intertwined as one in unity.
A new way of being in business means that personal and professional health and wellbeing,
Integrity and discernment will have to be developed and continued to be addressed.
The way we relate and the emphasis of importance will change.
No longer will the desire be for a push on just profit that is actually a crush on health and wellbeing,
A sense of belonging,
A sense of self.
The push of profit that has crushed the spirit on every level will no longer be the desired driver of importance.
It will be no longer feasible to work this way.
Will this approach no longer fits the new way of being?
The falling of this old way will come to pass.
As our external forces teach us,
Our desire will be to be fulfilled,
Mindful and spirited,
A desire to be in one's potential with a deep sense of purpose.
Where all our relationships begin to grow and flourish in healthy dynamics of deep communication and support,
A support that supports the good of all.
The change in economic forces surges our personal and professional change through every part of our body and cell.
Where every human being has a potential and a recognition to support each other,
To share,
To liaise,
To collaborate is the only viable and feasible way forward to sustain success.
Individual top leaders must be more congruent within their own health and wellbeing and connection to who they are and hold the responsibility of which they have been positioned to create change that serves the whole,
Not just the individual or a few.
We must work to understand our intellect beyond our current level of emotional intellect,
To work together in a more humanistic way that promotes the potential and productivity.
To bring a sense of belonging will be the new psychology of what will bring us together in the depth of understanding unity,
In the congruency to support the whole,
All is given.
Businesses are evolving rapidly,
Change is evolving rapidly and old structures simply will not fit,
They will crumble.
A new desire will be the replacement and new structures will be built around this desire for human connection,
For human potential and infinite possibilities.
This is the new mode of being.
Psychology of profit will change,
The understanding of human potential will come into being,
We will understand how to be secure and stable in our ability to relate deeper with ourselves and with others,
To have more fulfilment,
Effectiveness and efficiency through understanding the purpose and the power within ourselves and how this helps the whole and the planet.
As we honour our five major relationships,
All of these relationships will come into the way we do business,
The ability now for you to introspect and identify,
To review where you are in this process,
What is happening in your world,
What needs to change,
To be your own coach maybe and counsellor for a while,
Will you sit back,
Take time out,
Review your own process of what is your highest mission upon this planet and the meaning behind your daily activities,
Your behaviour,
Thoughts and feelings and the true purpose that is evolving from you.
