Let's get comfortable now.

Lie on your back,

Your feet are apart,

Arms are away from your body and palms facing up.

Now close your eyes and remain very still.

Imagine you are a seed planted in the soil.

Feel the soil all around you.

It has started to rain and you can hear the sound of the rain above you.

The earth around you is getting wet and cool.

The sun starts to shine and the earth begins to dry.

You can feel the warmth and energy of the sun and you know that you would like to see the sunlight.

After some time you send out a tiny shoot which breaks the ground above you.

You also send roots down into the earth for support and nourishment.

You continue to grow upwards towards the light of the sun.

You start to grow lovely bright green leaves.

You drink the water from the soil and absorb the sunlight through your leaves.

You are growing bigger and stronger.

As you grow taller your tree trunk gets stronger and you start to grow large flowers that attract many bees.

The bees are your friend and will not sting a fruit tree.

They are collecting the pollen from your flowers.

You are now bearing fruit.

What type of fruit tree are you?

Notice what type of fruit you are growing.

Maybe apples,

Pears,

Oranges,

Lemons,

Cherries,

Peaches.

You decide and see the fruit hanging from your tree.

You have many beautiful fruits and children are coming with baskets to collect the fruit.

The children are happy with the tasty fruit that has grown on your tree.

You feel very happy and secure.

You love sharing this fruit with others.

You feel very grounded with your roots deep deep into the earth.

Your leaves face the sun to absorb the warmth and energy of the sun.

Spend a few moments now sensing how you feel.

When you are ready let's merge back with your world.

Let's get some movement into your body.

Wriggle your toes and your fingers.

Slowly move your feet and your hands and now stretch your arms above your head stretching from your fingertips to your toes.

Bring your knees to your chest and roll yourself into a ball.

Now lie back on the floor.

You may wish to spend further time relaxing or you may wish to continue with your day knowing that you feel fully energized.
