Find a comfortable seat for this meditation.

Spend a few moments connecting to your breathing.

Feel your mind beginning to still and settle.

Take the attention to the centre of your forehead and start to create some space.

Feel a widening in the centre of your forehead,

Creating a widening in your mind.

Just be in this moment.

You can feel yourself relaxing as you prepare for this meditation.

In front of you is a pool of water.

Ripples pass in and out from the centre and then begin to settle like your mind.

These ripples settle until the pool is calm and still.

Look into the pool and see the clear crystal water.

A rainbow of colour now suspends over the pool.

The rainbow is being absorbed into the clear water.

This rainbow brings all the healing light you need at this moment in time.

As you gaze into the water,

You can feel the healing light wash over you.

Let's sit for a while.

Now visualise the sun shining onto the pool.

The sun mixes with the strands of rainbow colour and you're being bathed in sunshine and colour.

Let's sit for a while.

Now visualise darkness.

A full moon is now reflected in the pool.

All you can see is the moonlight shining on the pool.

Breathe in the magnetic strength and energy of the full moon and feel it wash over you.

Let's sit for a while.

Now as you look into the pool,

It is crystal clear and you can see your reflection.

Notice how relaxed you feel and how relaxed you look.

You are completely at ease.

Let's sit for a while and enjoy the stillness and the silence.

And when you are ready,

You can come back to your breath,

Come back to your body and come back to the room.
