Find a comfortable position with your body.
Rest your head and let it be nice and heavy.
Soften your face and let your shoulders,
Legs,
And back relax completely.
Let your entire body get so heavy as you let go of any tension or tightness.
If it feels okay for you,
Close your eyes and get as comfortable as possible.
Take in a deep breath as you fill your belly up with air.
Exhale and let it all go.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
One more.
Inhale as you fill up.
Exhale as you let your body and mind relax.

Imagine you're outside in your favorite park.
Notice the soft green grass beneath your bare feet.
Feel the connection your feet have to the earth beneath you.
Breathe in the fresh air and notice how it feels entering your nostrils.
You begin to run around so fast that your feet pick up off of the ground and you begin to fly.
You can go as high or low as you would like.
As you soar through the sky,
Your arms become wings that carry you above your favorite place.
Each time you flap your wings,
Your worries disappear.
Imagine all your worries flowing out through your wings.
Say to yourself,
I am calm.
I feel free.
Give yourself a few moments to let any more worries disappear through your wings.
Fly anywhere in the entire world that you feel like going.
When you hear the sound of the bell,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Make any small movement that feels comfortable for you.
Gently blink your eyes open and come back to this moment with a new sense of peace and calm.
Anytime you feel like your worries are back in your mind or body,
Imagine yourself flying free.
Each time you flap your wings,
Your worries disappear.
