I invite you to sit back and close your eyes as we relax our bodies and clear our minds in preparation for our journey.
Let's begin by taking three deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allow your body to relax more and more each time you breathe.
Breathing in healing love and light and breathing out all the stress and worry from your body.
As we continue to breathe we'll begin to focus on relaxing our bodies.
Let's start at our feet.
Focusing on your feet as you breathe.
Feel your feet relaxing.
Feel all the tension draining out of your feet.
This feeling of relaxation continues up your legs and thighs as they begin to relax.
As you continue to breathe focus on your lower back.
Feel it relaxed.
Breathing in and out continue to relax your body.
Feel all the tension leave your upper back and shoulders.
Feel your arms and hands relax.
Feel your neck and face relax.
Feel your whole body fully relax.
See yourself fully relaxed.
Now let's empty our minds.
As thoughts arise think of them as leaves floating on a stream.
Allow them to slowly float away from you.
The thoughts become fewer and fewer until soon there are no more leaves.
Just clean clear flowing water.
You find yourself on the beach at night.
A beautiful full moon hangs low in the sky.
It almost looks as if it's touching the water.
The silver light that shines from it has turned the waves a silvery blue.
The waves sparkle as they gently wash over the beach.
You feel drawn to the water.
You slowly walk into the warm ocean water.
It feels so good on your feet.
You step in further.
The waves lap gently at your calves and your knees.
You can feel the powerful energy that flows down from the moon.
It feels as if the ocean is fully charged with this beautiful full moon energy.
This amazing powerful moon that controls the tides.
You step in further.
The water now up to your waist.
Your hands trail through the water as you walk out further.
You pause to look at the moon.
This beautiful moon that watches over you.
You lie back floating easily on the buoyant saltwater and feel your body being fully healed by the full moon's energy.
Take some time to allow all the stress and tension to wash away as you enjoy the warm ocean waters fully charged magnificent full moon energy.
You walk out of the ocean and onto the beach wrapping yourself in a towel.
You turn and sink down into the sand feeling refreshed and fully recharged and look up at the full moon for just a little bit longer.
And now when you're ready opening your eyes and bringing back with you this beautiful healing full moon energy and taking it with you out into the world.
