I had a hard time meditating.

Focusing on my breath and maintaining attention to the nose tip is difficult for me.

I would like to know why you choose the nose tip as the meditation object but not the abdominal movement.

There is a meditation practice in which you focus on your abdominal movement.

And there is the one that we practice which is focusing on the tip of your nose.

The traditional method is to focus on the tip of your nose.

But more recently,

In several sects in Myanmar,

They have transitioned to focusing on the abdominal movement.

I can't say which one is better.

All I can say is the traditional method is to focus on the tip of your nose.
