Hello beautiful people,
This is Kamarasla.
Today I'd like to share with you a short meditation infused with Reiki.
This meditation carries the vibration of Reiki energy,
Which works beyond time and space on a quantum level.
That means you will receive exactly what you need in your own timing and always with your free will.
All you need to do is sit comfortably,
Breathe and allow yourself to receive.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Let your hands rest gently on your knees or your lap.
Close your eyes and begin by noticing your breath.
With every exhale allow yourself to settle a little more deeply into this moment.
Feel the weight of your body resting on the ground.
Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine and from your feet moving down into the soil,
Through the layers of the earth anchoring you into the crystalline core of Mother Gaia.
Feel her support holding you steady,
Safe and grounded.
Now bring your awareness to your spine and imagine a golden thread gently pulling the crown of your head upward towards the sky.
Allow your spine to lengthen,
Each vertebrae creating space for energy to flow.
The base of your body is rooted in the earth and your crown is lifted towards the source.
You are the bridge between heaven and earth.
Above your head sense the infinite source,
A pure radiant field of white light.
With every inhale draw this light down through your crown,
Flowing through your body like a gentle stream of clarity and love.
And with every exhale allow it to move further downward through your spine into the earth,
Carrying what doesn't serve you anymore and transforming it as it goes down to the heart of Gaia.
Keep the flow going.
Establish a deeper connection with this column of light.
Now that this column of white light is established,
I begin to channel Reiki into this white column of light.
You can notice Reiki with golden,
Glimmering,
Shimmering lights.
And within the stream of the combination of Reiki and the white light,
I place sacred Reiki symbols of light.
These symbols are pure imprints of harmony and healing.
They flow gently down through you,
Guided by intelligence beyond the mind.
Receive them only as your soul wishes.
They will meet you where you are and work only to the extent of your need and readiness.
Now bring your awareness below your feet to the earth star chakra and let these sentences vibrate in your own field.
I release all heavy burdens into the earth.
For them to be transformed into love.
I am grounded,
Stable,
And deeply connected to Gaia.
Move up to the base of spine to your root chakra.
I release fear and insecurity.
I am safe,
Supported,
And at home in my body.
Bring your awareness to your lower abdomen,
To your sacral chakra.
I release old emotions and attachments.
I am free to flow with creativity,
Pleasure,
And joy.
Come up to your stomach area,
To your solar plexus chakra.
I release self-doubt and control as I stand in my power with confidence and clarity.
To the center of chest,
Heart chakra.
I release grief and the walls around my heart.
I am willing to open to love,
To compassion,
And harmony.
Come up to your throat chakra.
I release silence and suppression.
I now speak truth with honesty and grace.
Bring your awareness between your brows to third eye chakra.
I release illusions and confusion.
I see clearly with wisdom and intuition.
Bring your awareness to your crown chakra,
To the top of your head.
I release separation and limitation.
I open to source,
Divine connection,
And infinite light.
Take a deep breath in through the nose here.
Open your mouth and let it out.
Two more times.
Inhale through the nose.
Take a few deep breaths here in your own time.
Receiving,
Cleansing,
And radiating light.
When you are ready,
Place your hands gently over your heart.
And when the time feels right,
Gently return your awareness to your body,
To the room you're in,
While carrying this radiance with you.
