This is Karen with Open Lotus Meditation.
And in this meditation,
We're going to release and let go of what no longer serves us.
Let's begin by gently closing over our eyes,
Taking a slow,
Deep breath through your nose.
Let's do that one more time.
Deep breath in through your nose and release,
Let go.
Allow yourself to connect to your breath.
With every inhale and exhale,
You can feel your body start to relax,
To melt,
To calm.
With every breath you take,
Find relaxation in your space,
Finding comfort,
Letting go of what no longer serves you.
Finding peace,
Balance in this moment right now,
Allowing yourself to just be.
Continue to breathe,
Continue to connect to the calmness that rests inside of you.
Now we can ask the universe,
What am I holding onto that I need to let go of?
What do I need to release that does not serve me in this moment?
Allow the answers to bubble up from your heart center.
Give yourself this time of awareness.
Let go.
And as you release and let go,
You're coming back to wholeness,
Coming back to balance,
Coming back to relaxation.
Knowing that you are so worthy of feeling this calmness and this release.
And as you move throughout the day or night,
Know that you are whole,
That you are love,
That you are loved,
That you are peace.
That you are whole,
That you are love,
That you are loved,
That you are peace.
You're so worthy.
